Claims (11)

  1.   2. Ironing board according to claim 1, characterised in that the control cam (20), viewed in the pull-out direction (5), extends obliquely to the pull-out direction (5).
  3. Ironing board according to claim 2, characterised in that the control cam (20) is formed by an oblique face of a wedge element (19) which is arranged on the rear portion (2).
  4. Ironing board according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the leading element (21) is a clip element which is arranged on the pull-out portion (9) and which engages with the movement path of the control cam (20).
  5. Ironing board according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the rear portion (2) is retained by a retaining element in the pull-out direction (5) at least after it has been raised by the leading element (21).
  6. Ironing board according to claim 5, characterised in that the retaining element is a stay rod (10) which is connected at one end to the pull-out portion (9) and, at the other end, to the rear portion (2).
  7. Ironing board according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the rear portion (2) is acted upon, in particular resiliently acted upon, at least during the initial pulling-out of the ironing board (1) in the direction towards the upper work position thereof.
  8. Ironing board according to claim 7, characterised in that a tension spring (26) is supported, at the rear end thereof when viewed in the pull-out direction (5), on the rear portion (2) and, at the front end thereof, on the pull-out portion (9) at least during the initial pulling-out of the ironing board (1).
  9. Ironing board according to claim 8, characterised in that the front end of the tension spring (26) is arranged on an anchoring element (27) which is held displaceably on the rear portion (2) approximately in the pull-out direction (5) and which is in latching engagement with the pull-out portion (9) at least during the initial pulling-out of the ironing board (1).
  10. Ironing board according to claim 9, characterised in that guides (30, 33) are provided for the anchoring element (27), by means of which guides (30, 33) the anchoring element (27) can be released from the latching engagement with the pull-out portion (9) when the ironing board (1) is pulled out and can be guided into the latching engagement with the pull-out portion (9) during opposing movement of the ironing board (1).
  11. Ironing board according to claim 9 or 10, characterised in that there is articulated to the rear portion (2) a supporting carrier (22) for the front portion (3) which extends when the ironing board (1) is pulled out, on which the rear end of the tension spring (26) is supported and in which the anchoring element (27) is guided.
