Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif électrochirurgical d'hystéroscopie (10), qui comprend une sonde (12) ayant une extrémité proximale (14) et une extrémité distale (16) ainsi qu'un premier élément conducteur (25) qui achemine un signal électrique depuis l'extrémité proximale (14) vers l'extrémité distale (16), et un second élément conducteur (27) s'étendant depuis l'extrémité distale (16) vers l'extrémité proximale (14). Un ensemble électrode (15), situé à l'extrémité distale (16) de la sonde (12), a pour fonction d'extraire les tissus dans un champ opératoire situé à l'intérieur d'une lumière du corps. Un premier canal pour fluide (29) ménagé dans la sonde (12) achemine un liquide isotonique qui s'écoule par un orifice (33) à l'extrémité distale (16) de la sonde (12), dans une lumière déterminée du corps. Un second canal pour fluide (31), également ménagé dans la sonde (12), a pour fonction d'éliminer le fluide adjacent à l'extrémité distale (16), vers l'extrémité proximale (14). Un générateur (22), relié à l'extrémité proximale de la sonde (12), fournit un signal électrique à l'ensemble électrode (15) afin d'inciser et de cautériser les tissus dans le champ opératoire. Le dispositif (10) peut être utilisé en chirurgie par endoscopie de l'utérus, avec administration associée d'une solution isotonique.
