Abstract

Bei einem Gabelstapler-Fahrzeug mit einem hydraulischen Hub-Antrieb für die am Mast anhebbare und absenkbare Hebebühne und einem hydraulischen Neigungs-Stellantrieb für den Mast ist der Hubantrieb als einfach-wirkender Hydrozylinder (11) ausgebildet ist. Ein Hub-Steuerventil (14), das eine dem Anhebungsbetrieb zugeordnete Funktionsstellung (I) hat eine dem Stillstand der Antriebszylinderkolbens (13) zugeordnete federzentrierte Mittelstellung als Grundstellung (0) und eine dem Absenkungsbetrieb des Hub-Antriebszylinders zugeordnete Funktionsstellung (II) ist so ausgebildet, daß die Beträge der in den Funktionsstellungen I und II freigegebenen Strömungspfad-Querschnitte steuerbar einstellbar sind und zu den alternativen Auslenkungen eines VentilHaupt-Kolbens (14') proportional sind. Das Hub-Steuerventil (14) ist als 5/3-Wege-Ventil (14) ausgebildet, dessen Hauptkolben (14') mittels eines digital ansteuerbaren elektrischen Stellmotors (96) in seine den verschiedenen Funktionsstellungen (0, I und II) der Hub- Steuerventilanordnung (14) entsprechenden Positionen bewegbar ist. Zur Antriebskopplung des Stellmotors (96) und des Hauptkolbens (14') ist ein nicht-selbsthemmendes Getriebe vorgesehen. Ein Drucksensor (107) erzeugt für den Druck im Antriebsdruckraum (12) des Hub-Antriebszylinders (11) charakteristische elektrische Ausgangssignale, anhand derer die eine elektronischen Steuereinheit (103) eine selbsttätige Begrenzung des Aussteuerhubes des Hauptkolbens (14') auf einen Betrag vermittelt, dem ein lastgerecht-zulässiger Höchstwert der Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit der Hebebühne entspricht.

A pressure sensor (107) generates characteristic electrical output signals for the pressure in the drive pressure chamber (12) of the stroke drive cylinder (11), by means of which an electronic control unit (103) conveys an automatic limitation of the actuation stroke of the main piston (14 ') to an amount, which corresponds to a maximum permissible load speed of the lift.
