Description
- un boítier comportant des moyens de maintien d'au moins un plot métallique de jonction présentant deux bornes de connexion, et doté d'une face supérieure ouverte, d'une paroi de fond, et d'une paroi périphérique présentant au moins deux échancrures ménagées à partir du bord supérieur de ladite paroi, adaptées pour permettre le passage de câbles électriques à raccorder aux bornes du (ou des) plot(s) métallique(s),
- un couvercle de forme adaptée pour obturer le boítier,
- et des moyens d'encliquetage du couvercle sur le boítier.
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un dispositif de connexion conforme à l'invention,
- la figure 2 en est une coupe transversale par un plan A, représentant le bloc de jonction logé dans le boítier,
- la figure 3 en est une coupe transversale par un plan B, représentant le bloc de jonction logé dans le boítier et le couvercle fermé,
- les figures 4a à 4f sont des schémas représentant la mise en place du bloc de jonction à l'intérieur du boítier, respectivement en coupe transversale pour les figures 4a à 4d, et en coupe longitudinale pour les figures 4e et 4f,

- aux zones transversales 32, 33 de moindre épaisseur de ces lanières 30, 31 formant des articulations assurant le repliement compact de ces dernières,
- la forme des renfoncements 2a, 2b de la paroi longitudinale 2 du boítier 1 qui permettent de loger la portion d'extrémité de chaque lanière souple 30, 31 repliée sur le bord supérieur de ladite paroi.
Claims (12)
- Dispositif de connexion pour le raccordement d'au moins deux câbles électriques comportant :un boítier (1) comportant des moyens de maintien (13) d'au moins un plot métallique de jonction (20, 21) présentant deux bornes de connexion, et doté d'une face supérieure ouverte, d'une paroi de fond (6), et d'une paroi périphérique (2 - 5) présentant au moins deux échancrures (8, 9) ménagées à partir du bord supérieur de ladite paroi, adaptées pour permettre le passage de câbles électriques à raccorder aux bornes du plot métallique ou des plots métalliques (20, 21),un couvercle (34) de forme adaptée pour obturer le boítier (1),et des moyens d'encliquetage (11, 39) du couvercle (34) sur le boítier (1),
- Dispositif de connexion selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bloc de jonction (13) comporte une base (14) reliée au bord supérieur de la paroi périphérique (2 - 5) du boítier (1) par le système de charnière (30, 31 ; 43).
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le système de charnière comporte au moins une lanière souple (30, 31) articulée sur le boítier de jonction (13).
- Dispositif de connexion selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque lanière souple (30, 31) est articulée sur la paroi périphérique (2 - 5) du boítier (1).
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux lanières souples (30, 31) reliées au bloc de jonction (13) et au boítier (1) de façon à s'étendre de part et d'autre dudit bloc de jonction.
- Dispositif de connexion selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le bloc de jonction (13) est prolongé longitudinalement, de part et d'autre, par deux appendices latéraux (26, 27) auxquels sont reliées chacune des lanières souples (30, 31).
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la paroi périphérique (2 - 5) du boítier (1) comporte, au droit de la liaison de chaque lanière souple (30, 31), un renfoncement (2a - 2b) et une échancrure ménagée à partir de son bord supérieur.
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le système de charnière comporte une bande souple (43) articulée respectivement sur la paroi périphérique (2 - 5) du boítier (1) et sur le bloc de jonction (13).
- Dispositif de connexion selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la bande souple (43) présente une largeur sensiblement équivalente à la longueur de la base (14) du bloc de jonction (13).
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 3, 4, 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que chaque lanière souple (30, 31) ou la bande souple (43) comprend, en vue de son articulation respective sur le boítier (1) et sur le bloc de jonction (13), une zone transversale (32, 33 ; 44, 45) de moindre épaisseur.
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications 2 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le bloc de jonction (13) comporte, de part et d'autre de la base (14) dudit bloc de jonction, deux languettes ressorts déformables (28, 29) s'étendant longitudinalement dans le prolongement de ladite base, lesdites languettes étant conformées de façon à être incurvées vers le bas par rapport à la base (14) du bloc de jonction (13), et étant aptes à se déformer jusqu'à un état dit aplati où elles s'étendent coplanairement avec ladite base.
- Dispositif de connexion selon la revendication 11 dans lequel le boítier (1) présente un volume libre de logement du bloc de jonction (13) de longueur L supérieure à la longueur de la base (14) dudit bloc de jonction, caractérisé en ce que ladite base et les languettes (28, 29) dans leur état aplati présentent une longueur totale sensiblement égale à L.
