Abstract
Description
- un étranglement des conduites par incorporation d'un diaphragme ou d'un dispositif tel que celui décrit dans la demande DE 43 107 38, mais la limite étant permanente, il est impossible d'obtenir un débit plus élevé, ce qui est souvent gênant,
- pour les mitigeurs à mono-commande, une butée intermédiaire effaçable, comme décrit dans le brevet européen N° 0 426639 de la demanderesse, mais celle-ci devant être intégrée au mitigeur lors de sa fabrication, cela restreint sa diffusion et n'apporte aucune solution aux mitigeurs déjà installés et à tout autre type de robinets,
- un limiteur manuel tel que décrit dans le brevet français 1 186 758, mais comme il reste placé dans la position impartie par l'utilisateur, il n'assure aucune économie s'il n'est pas systématiquement ramené en position de faible débit.
- une pièce intermédiaire comprenant deux parois internes parallèles, chacune munie d'une ouverture d'un diamètre spécifique, associées à une soupape commutant le flux d'une ouverture à l'autre, comme proposé par le document EP 0 731306, mais seuls deux débits non réglables peuvent être obtenus.

Claims (14)
- Dispositif de limitation de débit comprenant une chambre (5, 8) positionnée entre une entrée (2) et une sortie (4) de liquide et des moyens mobiles (17) associés à un élément, bouton de commande (26, 32; 33) assurant le positionnement desdits moyens mobiles (17) dans la chambre (5, 8), caractérisé en ce que les moyens mobiles (17) et l'élément, bouton de commande (26, 32; 33) sont des éléments indépendants, les moyens mobiles (17) étant déplacés par la pression du liquide, l'élément, bouton de commande (26, 32; 33) portant une surface d'appui (27, 27b, 27c) pour les moyens mobiles (17) et étant déplaçable entre une position où ladite surface d'appui (27, 27b, 27c) limite le mouvement des moyens mobiles (17) dans la chambre (5, 8) donc le débit de liquide et une position où la surface d'appui (27, 27b, 27c) est dégagée des moyens mobiles (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens mobiles (17) sont constitués d'une soupape munie d'un clapet (16), soumise à l'action des moyens élastiques (18) la poussant en position de limitation de débit.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément, bouton de commande (26, 32; 33) est soumis à l'action de moyens élastiques (28).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens mobiles (17) et l'élément, bouton de commande (26, 32; 33) se déplacent dans des plans perpendiculaires.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la chambre (5, 8) est constituée de deux sections adjacentes de diamètre différent, le clapet (16) des moyens mobiles (17) étant d'une dimension proche de celle de la chambre (5) de petite section.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la chambre (5) est d'un profil sensiblement conique, le clapet (16) des moyens mobiles (17) étant d'un diamètre légèrement inférieur à celui de la partie supérieure de ladite chambre (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la chambre (5, 8) est constituée de deux chambres indépendantes, la chambre (5) de plus petite section étant incorporée aux moyens mobiles (17).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément, bouton de commande (26, 32; 33) comprend plusieurs surfaces d'appui (27, 27b; 27c) coopérant avec les moyens mobiles (17) pour en modifier le niveau dans la chambre (5, 8) et donc régler la limite de débit.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de commande (26) est monté en translation et les surfaces d'appui (27, 27b) sont à des niveaux décalés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément, bouton de commande (32, 33) est monté de telle sorte à pouvoir subir un mouvement dans un plan perpendiculaire à celui de sa translation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de commande (33) est monté en rotation autour de son axe (34), la surface d'appui (27c) étant constituée d'une came (38) excentrique par rapport audit axe (34).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (55, 57, 37; 58, 37) limitant la rotation de l'élément de commande (33).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens sont constitués d'un téton (58) coopérant avec une rainure (37) procurant un espace libre (59) entre elle-même et l'élément de commande (33) pour permettre le passage dudit téton (58) et la rotation de l'élément de commande (33).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (45) pour régler l'excursion des moyens mobiles (17) et donc le débit maximum.
