Description
- la figure 1 est une vue schématique en élévation et en coupe d'un dispositif antidébordement conçu selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention, et représenté dans sa position de remplissage;
- la figure 2 est une vue du dispositif analogue à celle de la figure 1, mais le représentant dans sa position correspondant à un réservoir rempli;
- la figure 3 est une vue en élévation et à plus grande échelle d'un mécanisme de fermeture rapide agissant en fin de remplissage du réservoir; et
- les figures 4 et 5 représentent des vues en élévation et en coupe d'un autre mode de réalisation de l'invention, respectivement dans la position de remplissage du réservoir et dans la position correspondant à un réservoir totalement rempli.
Claims (9)
- Dispositif antidébordement monté dans le col de remplissage (C) d'un réservoir et destiné d'en éviter le débordement, notamment pour réservoir de machine d'épandage de produits phytosanitaires, comprenant un premier flotteur (11; 11A) sensible au niveau du liquide dans le réservoir et capable, en position haute, d'obturer un passage de remplissage (6; 6A) du réservoir, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier flotteur (11; 11A) présente un compartiment (13; 13A) situé sur ledit passage de remplissage (6; 6A) et communiquant avec celui-ci par un orifice d'entrée (8, 9; 8A, 9A) et en ce que ledit compartiment (13; 13A) présente un orifice de sortie (16; 16A) qui, dans la position basse du flotteur, est en communication avec l'intérieur dudit réservoir, et dans la position haute du flotteur, en communication avec l'extérieur.
- Dispositif antidébordement suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un carter (2, 2A) ayant une forme générale de révolution d'axe vertical (X-X), ce corps étant muni de moyens de montage dans ledit col (C) du réservoir et de moyens de guidage vertical (5; 5A) pour ledit premier flotteur (11; 11A).
- Dispositif antidébordement suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit carter (2) se prolonge vers le bas en direction du fond (Pi) du réservoir par une cheminée de guidage (3), et en ce qu'il comprend également un second flotteur (17) monté dans cette cheminée (3) et destiné à amplifier la force ascensionnelle du premier flotteur (11) lorsque le liquide dans le réservoir atteint un niveau prédéterminé.
- Dispositif antidébordement suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un mécanisme de blocage (18) dudit second flotteur (17) pour le retenir en position basse dans ladite cheminée (3), tant que le niveau de liquide n'a pas atteint un niveau prédéterminé dans ledit réservoir.
- Dispositif antidébordement suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit mécanisme de blocage (18) comprend un levier articulé (21), muni à une extrémité située d'un côté de l'articulation, d'un organe de blocage (24) destiné à venir en contact dudit second flotteur (17) pour empêcher son ascension et à son autre extrémité, située au-delà de l'articulation, d'un troisième flotteur (19) qui en faisant pivoter ledit levier (21), dégage brusquement l'organe de blocage (24) du second flotteur (17) lorsque le liquide l'a porté audit niveau prédéterminé.
- Dispositif antidébordement suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit carter (2A) définit un siège (34) annulaire centré sur ledit axe (X-X) et en ce qu'un joint (33) porté par ledit premier flotteur (11A) vient s'appuyer sur ce siège (34) en position haute dudit premier flotteur (11A) pour fermer l'intérieur dudit réservoir vis-à-vis dudit compartiment (13A) et de l'extérieur.
- Dispositif antidébordement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des premiers moyens élastiques (30) interposés entre ledit carter (2A) et ledit premier flotteur (11A) pour solliciter celui-ci dans sa position haute tant que le niveau de liquide dans ledit compartiment (13A) n'atteint pas ledit niveau prédéterminé.
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend de seconds moyens élastiques à franchissement d'un point mort instable (36), ces seconds moyens élastiques étant interposés entre ledit carter (2A) et ledit premier flotteur (11A) pour permettre, par le franchissement dudit point mort instable, de stabiliser la position haute dudit premier flotteur (11A).
- Dispositif antidébordement suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit compartiment (13A) comprend un trou (28) à sa base destinée à communiquer avec l'intérieur du réservoir et obturable par un quatrième flotteur (31) sensible à un niveau de liquide dans ledit réservoir correspondant sensiblement à celui pour lequel ledit premier flotteur (11A) commence son ascension dans ledit réservoir.
