Claims (10)
- Limiteur de remplissage pour cuve de stockage d'un liquide, ledit limiteur étant destiné à être introduit au moins partiellement dans ladite cuve de stockage et comprenant un corps supérieur creux (1), un tube plongeur (2) solidaire dudit corps supérieur (1), un clapet (16) monté dans ledit corps supérieur creux (1) et susceptible d'être déplacé entre une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture, un siège (17) de clapet ménagé dans ledit corps supérieur creux (1) et sur lequel vient en appui ledit clapet (16) dans la position de fermeture, un flotteur (26) mobile verticalement dans une enceinte (35) ménagée au moins partiellement à l'intérieur du tube plongeur (2), caractérisé en ce que ledit flotteur (26) est solidaire d'un équipage mobile (24) formant piston, ledit équipage mobile étant déplacé par la poussée du liquide s'exerçant sur l'une de ses extrémités.
- Limiteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'équipage mobile comprend le flotteur (26) et un corps de piston (25) solidaire dudit flotteur et dans lequel est ménagée une chambre annulaire (30) autour d'un passage traversant (29), ledit équipage mobile étant disposé dans un tube interne (21) qui est logé dans le tube plongeur (2) et qui est solidaire du corps supérieur (1).
- Limiteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un alésage central (28) est ménagé dans le flotteur (26) et sensiblement coaxial audit passage traversant (29) du corps de piston, un tube (27) étant disposé dans ledit alésage central (28) du flotteur (26).
- Limiteur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le flotteur (26) comprend au moins un passage traversant (31) dont une extrémité débouche dans une chambre avant (8) ménagée entre une pièce intermédiaire (9) solidaire du corps supérieur (1) et ledit flotteur (26) et dont l'autre extrémité débouche dans le corps de piston (25).
- Limiteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le clapet (16) est de forme cylindro-conique et il est muni au sommet du cône d'un passage (18) pour une mise en communication des deux faces avant (16') et arrière (16") dudit clapet.
- Limiteur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce intermédiaire (9) comprend en tête d'une part, une butée (14) sur laquelle vient en appui le tube (27) du flotteur (26), et d'autre part, deux orifices (13) à travers lesquels une chambre aval (15) ménagée à l'arrière du clapet est susceptible d'être reliée à l'intérieur dudit tube (27), ledit tube (27) étant mobile dans un passage central (10) ménagé dans la pièce intermédiaire.
- Limiteur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la pièce intermédiaire (9) comprend au moins un conduit (1 la) à travers lequel la chambre avant (8) est susceptible d'être reliée à un canal latéral (6) ménagé sur un côté (3) dudit corps supérieur (1), ledit canal latéral (6) étant relié, à travers une soupape (4), à la chambre amont (15a) du clapet (16).
- Limiteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le tube interne (21) est fermé à son extrémité inférieure par une grille (23).
- Limiteur selon la revendication 2 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le tube interne (21) comprend à sa partie supérieure un orifice d'évacuation d'air (22) communiquant avec un orifice de mise à l'atmosphère (7) ménagé dans le corps supérieur (1).
- Limiteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de piston (25) est muni à son extrémité inférieure d'un clapet (34).
