- the limiters include a tube body provided with an internal partition to delimit two adjacent chambers arranged side by side, one of the chambers serving as a passage for the liquid intended to fill the tank and the other for receiving a float which is connected to a valve capable of being moved from an open position corresponding to a low level of the liquid in the tank, located below the float, to a closed position corresponding to a high level of liquid in the tank, but always located below the shutter valve.

- a limiter in which the float is mounted in a chamber formed parallel to the fluid passage conduit and delimited inside the limiter body by a partition, said float being connected by a linkage to the valve, so that the float is moved mechanically when the liquid rises in the storage tank.

- the devices briefly described above do not allow the liquid introduced into the tank to be channeled and prevent said liquid from raining in said tank, in order to eliminate the formation of excessive foam in the storage tank. .
- these devices are not always suitable for reducing and even eliminating the risk of explosion which is present when the communication between the outside and the gaseous sky in which the air and the gas are confined. This risk of explosion can occur during an untimely rise of the float.
- the object of the present invention is to remedy the aforementioned drawbacks and to propose a limiter which makes it possible to channel the liquid during the crossing of the dip tube in order to considerably reduce the fall of the liquid in rain on the bottom of the tank and thus reduce the formation of foam in said tank.

- the attendant closes the valve or stops the pump and the liquid located on either side of the valve decompresses thanks to a small decompression nozzle 40 mounted in the lower part of the upper body 1 and on the side of the side passage 35 for circulation of the liquid to the storage tank. decompression continues until the liquid pressure is less than 50 mbar. However, and for a pressure of less than 50 mbar, the valve 4 opens and the liquid situated above the closed valve 16, enters the channel 6 and flows into the conduit l ia and into the small channels 11 of the intermediate piece 9, then into the front chamber 8. The liquid admitted into the front chamber 8 flows into the through passages 31 and then fills the annular chamber 30. This filling of the annular chamber 30 has the effect of ballasting the moving assembly 24 going down. The descent of the mobile assembly 24 causes the tube 27 to come off the stop 14 and consequently the opening of the openings 13.
