Claims (5)
- Procédé de réalisation de bandeaux de commande, notamment pour appareils électroménagers, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste essentiellement à réaliser au moins une gravure laser personnalisée, sur au moins une sérigraphie (3 et/ou 4) déjà appliquée sur un bandeau brut de base (5) en verre, par enlèvement des décors, symboles ou signes correspondants (1 et/ou 2) dans la couche sérigraphiée (3 et/ou 4), puis à recouvrir ces gravures d'un enduit de couleur différente, immédiatement à la suite de l'opération de gravure ou lors d'une opération séparée, par un dépôt manuel ou automatisé.
- Procédé, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'application de l'enduit de couleur différente dans les gravures correspondant aux décors, symboles ou signes (1 et/ou 2) est effectuée avec une encre à séchage rapide.
- Procédé, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la découpe des gravures correspondant aux décors, symboles ou signes (1 et/ou 2) est effectuée par l'intermédiaire d'un laser à commande numérique.
- Procédé, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le bandeau brut de base (5) est constitué par un verre à couche réfléchissante en face avant, cette couche réfléchissante étant munie de décors, de symboles ou de signes par gravure laser, lesdits décors ou signes pouvant être recouverts d'un enduit de couleur déposé en face arrière.
- Procédé, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4. caractérisé en ce que le bandeau brut de base (5) est constitué en verre trempé et la ou les sérigraphies (3 et/ou 4) sont en émail vitrifié.
