Description
- La figure 1 est une vue en coupe horizontale, dans un plan perpendiculaire à son axe, d'une partie d'une carrure d'un boítier de montre sur laquelle a été montée une corne en mettant en oeuvre le procédé d'assemblage mécanique suivant la présente invention.
- La figure 2 est une vue en coupe verticale faite suivant la ligne II-II de la figure 1.
- La figure 3 est une vue éclatée partielle, en coupe horizontale, montrant les éléments du dispositif d'assemblage séparés, avant la première phase du procédé d'assemblage relative à la fixation de l'insert vissé.
- La figure 4 est une vue en coupe horizontale partielle, montrant les éléments assemblés après la seconde phase du procédé, c'est-à-dire après emboítement de la coiffe de corne sur l'insert vissé et avant son blocage définitif par la vis de maintien.
Claims (7)
- Procédé d'assemblage mécanique de cornes (2) sur la carrure (1) d'un boítier de montre, dans lequel on perce préalablement, dans la carrure (1), un trou (3) débouchant dans la surface latérale (5) de la carrure, l'axe (x) du trou (3) étant orienté dans la direction suivant laquelle doit s'étendre la corne (2) assemblée, caractérisé en ce qu'on forme le trou (3) de manière qu'il présente un filetage et qu'il débouche dans un chambrage cylindrique coaxial (4), lisse, ayant un diamètre interne supérieur à celui du trou (3) et débouchant à son tour dans la surface latérale (5) de la carrure (1), on visse, dans le trou fileté (3), un embout fileté (11) d'un insert cylindrique (8) ayant un diamètre externe compris entre ceux du trou (3) et du chambrage (4) et de longueur suffisante pour qu'une fois vissé à fond il fasse saillie à l'extérieur de la carrure (1), on emboíte à fond, dans le sens axial, dans le chambrage (4) et sur l'insert (8), une coiffe cylindrique creuse (9), présentant, dans une partie extrême, un trou diamétral (17) pour la fixation d'une barrette d'un bracelet, ayant un diamètre externe égal au diamètre interne du chambrage (4) et présentant un logement cylindrique borgne (13), s'étendant axialement, d'un diamètre interne égal au diamètre externe de l'insert (8) et de longueur égale ou supérieure à celle de cet insert, et on bloque en position, à la fois dans le sens axial et en rotation autour de l'axe (x), la coiffe (9) sur l'insert (8), pour former la corne (2), en engageant un organe de maintien (19,23) dans des trous (18,21), amenés en regard l'un de l'autre et percés respectivement dans la coiffe (9) et dans la carrure (1).
- Dispositif d'assemblage mécanique de cornes (2) sur la carrure (1) d'un boítier de montre, chaque corne (2) étant fixée dans un trou (3) percé préalablement dans la carrure (1) et débouchant dans la surface latérale (5) de la carrure, l'axe (x) du trou (3) étant orienté dans la direction suivant laquelle doit s'étendre la corne (2) assemblée, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un trou (3) fileté débouchant dans un chambrage coaxial lisse (4), de plus grand diamètre, débouchant lui-même dans la surface latérale (5) de la carrure, un insert cylindrique (8) d'un diamètre externe compris entre les diamètres du chambrage (4) et du trou fileté (3), cet insert (8) présentant un embout fileté coaxial (11) de même diamètre que celui du trou fileté (3) afin de permettre de visser l'insert (8) à fond dans le trou (3), l'insert (8) ayant une longueur suffisante pour qu'une fois vissé à fond il fasse saillie à l'extérieur de la carrure (1), une coiffe cylindrique creuse (9) ayant un diamètre externe égal au diamètre interne du chambrage (4) et présentant, dans une partie extrême, un trou diamétral (17) pour la fixation d'une barrette d'un bracelet, la coiffe (9) comportant un logement cylindrique coaxial borgne (13) débouchant dans une face frontale annulaire (14), ayant un diamètre interne égal au diamètre externe de l'insert (8), de manière que la coiffe (9) puisse s'emboíter étroitement sur cet insert (8), et des moyens (18,19,21) pour maintenir en position, à la fois dans le sens axial et en rotation autour de leur axe commun (x), la coiffe (9) sur l'insert vissé (8).
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que les moyens prévus pour maintenir en position la coiffe (9) sur l'insert (8) comprennent un premier trou (21) percé dans la carrure (1) à partir de sa face inférieure (22), l'axe (y) de ce premier trou (21) étant perpendiculaire à l'axe (x) du trou fileté (3), recoupant cet axe (x) et étant situé à une distance (a) du fond (4a) du chambrage (4), un second trou (18) percé dans la surface latérale de la coiffe (9), d'axe radial situé à la distance (a) de la face frontale annulaire (14) dans laquelle débouche le logement borgne (13), et une vis de maintien (19) engagée dans les premier et second trous (21,18) et dont la partie extrême (23) s'engage étroitement dans le trou (18) de la coiffe (9) et vissée dans l'un des premier et second trous (21,18) présentant un filetage.
- Dispositif suivant la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que la vis de maintien (19) est vissée dans le premier trou fileté (21) et la partie extrême (23) de cette vis de maintien (19) est constituée par un bossage cylindrique lisse dont le diamètre externe est égal au diamètre du second trou lisse (18) de la coiffe (9).
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4 caractérisé en ce que la face frontale externe de l'insert (8) présente une partie en creux (12) permettant l'engagement d'un outil d'entraínement en rotation pour le vissage de l'insert (8).
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5 caractérisé en ce qu'un chambrage intermédiaire (6), d'un diamètre compris entre les diamètres du trou fileté (3) et du chambrage (4) et de faible profondeur, est prévu pour recevoir une rondelle (7) engagée sur l'embout fileté (11) de l'insert (8), pour assurer l'étanchéité du boítier.
- Dispositif suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6 caractérisé en ce que les matériaux de la carrure (1) du boítier de montre et au moins de là coiffe (9) d'une ou préférentiellement des deux cornes (2) sont différents.
