Aus der DE 23 48 297 C2 ist ein Klingeltransformator bekannt, der in
einem zweiteiligen Isoliergehäuse über einen Spulenkörper verfügt, der mit
einer Primär- und Sekundärwicklung versehen ist. Zur Ein- bzw. Ausschaltung
verfügt der Klingeltransformator über einen Schiebeschalter im Gehäuseoberteil.
Weiterhin sind aus dem Prospekt der Firma Condor "Schaltgeräte
für Stromkreisverteiler" vom 10.03.1984 auf Seite 6 Klingeltransformatoren
bekannt, die mit und ohne Schalter angeboten werden, wobei hier ebenfalls
die Montage auf 35 mm Normschienen oder die Aufputzbefestigung obligatorisch
ist. Gewöhnlich sind diese Klingeltransformatoren hinsichtlich ihrer
jeweiligen Ausführung mit oder ohne Schalter unterschiedlich aufgebaut, was
naturgemäß auch zu unterschiedlich aufwendigen Herstellungskosten führt.From DE 23 48 297 C2 a bell transformer is known, which in

Der erfindungsgemäße Klingeltransformator besteht aus dem Gehäuseunterteil
1 und dem Gehäuseoberteil 2, in dem der Spulenkörper 3 mit
Kernblechen 22, sowie mit seiner Primärwicklung 4 und Sekundärwicklung
5 eingesetzt ist. Das lösbare Gehäuseoberteil 2 ist für die Ausführung
mit Schiebeschalter 12 und Betätigungsorgan 7 mit einer Ausnehmung 8
versehen. Für die Ausführung ohne Schiebeschalter ist das Gehäuseoberteil 2
geschlossen ausgeführt. Aus der geschnittenen Seitenansicht sind vorzugsweise
die erfindungswesentlichen Merkmale gezeigt, während auf die Darstellung
bekannter Merkmale verzichtet wurde. Dies trifft auch z. B. für
die Wicklungsanschlüsse zu, die zwar erwähnt werden, aber nicht unmittelbar
mit Merkmalen der Erfindung zusammenarbeiten. Bei der Ausführung
mit Schalter wird in einer von mehreren Aufnahmeöffnungen 9 im Spulenkörper
3 eine Schenkelfeder 10 eingesetzt. Hierzu ist die betreffende
Aufnahmeöffnung 9 mit einem Lagerzapfen 16 versehen, auf dem die
Schenkelfeder 10 mit einem Auge 15 gewickelten Federanteil beweglich
aufgesteckt wird, worauf sie dann mit dem daran anschließenden Ende 21
am Spulenkörper 3 befestigt wird. Die solcherart im Spulenkörper 3 beweglich
befestigte Schenkelfeder 10 entwickelt aufgrund ihres Wickels zu
einem Auge 15 eine hohe Rückstellkraft. Mit ihrem freien Ende 11 beaufschlagt
sie damit einen Kontaktwinkel 18. Um eine sichere Kontaktgabe
zwischen dem freien Ende 11 der Schenkelfeder 10 und der Anlagestelle am
Kontaktwinkel 18 zu gewährleisten, ist die Schenkelfeder 10 in diesem
Bereich mit einer Abwinkelung 20 versehen. Fig. 2 zeigt dies als Einzelheit
"x" aus Fig. 1. Die Schenkelfeder, die zugleich auch als stromführende
Kontaktfeder fungiert, hat ihren diesbezüglichen Anschluß 6 von der Primärwicklung
4 an ihrem Befestigungsende 21. Der Schaltschieber 12 ist mit
einem Betätigungsorgan 7 versehen, der in der Ausnehmung 8 des Gehäuseoberteils
2 für eine EIN- oder AUS-Stellung einstellbar ist. Die mechanische
Kopplung zwischen dem Schaltschieber 12 und der Schenkel- bzw. Kontaktfeder
10 erfolgt in der Weise, daß das freie Ende 11 über seine Kontaktanlage
mit dem Kontaktwinkel 18 hinaus in eine Ausnehmung 17 des
