Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung (10) zur Steuerung eines Ventils (12) einer Brennkraftmaschine für ein Kraftfahrzeug, mit einer Nockenwelle (18), die über einen durch einen entsprechenden Nocken (24) der Welle (18) betätigten Auslösehebel (22) einen Schaft (20) des Ventils beauftschlagt, wobei der Auslösehebel (22) ein erstes Abstützende (22A), das schwenkbar auf einem Stützorgan (26) montiert ist, das an einem als Träger (S) dienenden Motorteil gehalten ist, und ein zweites Steuerende (22B) aufweist, das mit dem Schaft (20) des Ventils zusammenwirkt, und mit Mitteln zur Höhenverstellung des Stützorgans (26) durch Einschrauben desselben in den Träger (S) und Mitteln zum Halten des Abstützendes (22A) des Auslösehebels auf dem Stützorgan (26), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Höhenverstellung und die Haltemittel einen diesen Mitteln gemeinsamen Bolzen (34) aufweisen, der durch das Stützorgan (26) gehalten ist und einen Kopf (38) zum Halten des Abstützendes (22A) des Auslösehebels und zum Antrieb des Stützorgans (26) aufweist, und daß das Stützorgan (26) an einen Schmierungskreislauf (50) für die Berührungsflächen dieses Stützorgans und des Auslösehebels (22) angeschlossen ist.
  2. Vorizchtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützorgan (26) in eine mit Innengewinde versehene Hülse (40) eingeschraubt ist, die in eine Bohrung (42) des Trägers (S) eingesetzt ist, wobei das Gewinde der Hülse (40) selbsthemmend ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützorgan (26) eine allgemein zylindrische, in der Höhe langgestreckte Form hat und ein erstes Kugelgelenk-Ende (26A), das mit einer komplementären Form des Abstützendes (22A) des Auslösehebels zusammenwirkt, und ein zweites Gewindeende (26B) aufweist, das in den Träger (S) eingeschraubt ist, und daß der Bolzen (34) weist einen Körper (36) aufweist, der den Kopf (38) trägt und in einer Axialbohrung (44) des Kugelgelenk-Endes (26A) des Stützorgans befestigt ist und eine durch das Abstützende (22A) des Auslösehebels hindurchgehende Öffnung (46) mit Spiel durchquert, derart, daß dieses Abstützende (22A) mit Spiel zwischen dem Stützorgan (26) und dem Kopf (38) des Bolzens eingefügt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ist der Bolzen (34) in der Axialbohrung (44) befestigt ist durch Klebung, Einpressen oder mit Hilfe eines Stiftes (48), der das Kugelgelenk-Ende (26A) des Stützorgans und den Körper (36) des Bolzens durchquert.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Auslösehebel (22) durchquerende Öffnung (46) an den Schmierungskreislauf (50) des Motors angeschlossen ist und eine Schmiermittelkammer bildet, die die Schmierung der Berührungsflächen des Abstützendes (22A) des Auslösehebels und des Kugelgelenk-Endes (26A) des Stützorgans gestattet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Axialbohrung (44) des Kugelgelenk-Endes (26A) ein Ende eines Kanals (52) bildet, der an den Schmierungskreislauf (50) angeschlossen ist und der in Längsrichtung von Ende zu Ende in dem Stützorgan (26) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 6 in Kombination, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kanal (52) an eine Sprühdüse (60) für Schmiermittel angeschlossen ist, die im wesentlichen auf die Nockenwelle (18) gerichtet und in einem gegenüber dem Träger (S) vorspringenden Ende der Hülse (40) ausgebildet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ist der Kopf (38) des Bolzens durch eine polygonale Kontur begrenzt ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem Werkzeug (39) mit komplementärer Form zusammenzuwirken.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ist der Träger (S) Teil eines Zylinderkopfes (14) des Motors ist.
  10. Verfahren zum Einbau einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    zunächst, getrennt von dem Träger (S), das Abstützende (22A) des Auslösehebels auf dem Kugelgelenk-Ende (26A) des Stützorgans montiert wird und der Bolzen (34) so auf dem Kugelgelenk-Ende (26A) des Stützorgans befestigt wird, daß er leicht in bezug auf den Auslösehebel (22) positioniert werden kann, und
    man dann die Baugruppe aus Auslösehebel (22), Stützorgan (26) und Bolzen (34) an dem Träger (S) montiert, indem man das Stützorgan (26) in diesen Träger (S) einschraubt.
