In one of the favorite realizations of which is the purpose of this utility model and as shown the attached figures, the recommended fuse holder is formed of turrets (11) which execute the guide tasks positioning, both being connected through of a bridge piece (16) and on the anterior surface of which emerges the seal (6) whose function is explained further and from the bridge part posterior not appearing in the figures emerges the movable cover (1).

The movable cover (1) is formed by a flat area (1a) with the free end opposite the area of the hinge has an overlap (1b) with a recess (5) which allows the cover (1) in position closed (see Figure 2), immobilize it with the seal (6).

On the back of the flat area (1a) of the movable cover (1) emerging from the stops are the function is immobilize the fuses when they have been placed inside the housings (2). The turrets (11) are in turn formed of two feet each being united by their lower part according to the partitions (11a) and (11b), leaving between them the void of the back of the partition (11b) where the overlaps (12) and (13) emerge, the function of the first being to prevent the fuse holder cannot be disassembled, however only the second (13) serve as a seal for the guide turret and positioning.

Between each two feet of the turrets (13) is a retention arm (7) whose visible face or from the reverse has two overlaps (8) whose function is to act as movable seals.
From the upper part of the turrets (11) emerge balconies (10a) whose cross section is U-shaped and which protect the drive device (9) which is part of the retention arm (7), having (9) a substantially prismatic configuration, devoid of the upper base, while one of the front faces has a series of overlaps (9a) whose function is to allow the user to fix the fuse holder without it being able to slide between fingers.

The operating process for mounting the fuse holder consists, as shown in Figure 1, to place them inside the cavities (2) to then proceed to using the lower stops (3) and the stops superior (4), immobilization and perfect installation fuses inside (2) and be able to close the cover (1) and by means of the stops (4) located on the reverse of (1a), immobilize them firmly the interior of (2).

The movable cover (1) has two positions. The the first being visible in Figure 1, which is cover open and allows fuses to be changed arranged in the cavities (2), and with a closed cover (see Figure 2) where the position of the fuses is secured inside the housing, visible through the sights (14).

Le logement (2) des fusibles a été conçu de telle sorte qu'il soit possible de guider et de protéger les fusibles introduits à l'intérieur de (2) au moyen des butées (3) et (4).The fuse holder (2) has been designed in such a way so that it is possible to guide and protect the fuses inserted inside (2) by means of stops (3) and (4).

The lower stops (3) support the fuses, preventing them from moving down, however that the stops (4) prevent their movement outwards.

The seals (5) and (6) allow the movable cover (1) to be fixed to the body of the part.
The retention arm (7) allows to frame the two positions of the pre-assembled part and mounted in the first position by pressing on the drive device (9) the movable seals (8) are released and allow the extraction of the part until the end of its housing in the box, ensuring the connection of the fuses, while in the second position, pressing on the drive device (9), the mobile seals (8) are released and allow the extraction of the part to the initial mounting position, thus ensuring the disconnection of the fuses.

Movable seals (8) cause interference between the room and its housing in the box, marking the two positions of the part: mounted and pre-assembled.

The mission of the training device (9) is to exert pressure on it, to release the movable seals (8), allowing both room positions, while protecting the drive device, formed by balconies (10a) is responsible for protecting the drive device (9) and to avoid accidental blows.

Positioning guide turrets (11) generally perform the function of guiding the entire part in its housing, in the fuse holder box. However, the seals (12) have for mission to prevent any dismantling, once the part with its housing in the box, the seals sealing flect, introducing the part into a guide and acting once released upon arriving at the end of the hole, recovering their natural state and preventing the extraction of the part outside the box of the fuse.

In turn, the turret seals (11) of positioning guides are seals of adjustment between the part and its housing in the box fuse. Their mission is to flect and mark the two positions of the part from assembled to disassembled and vice versa.

The fuse sight (14) allows you to see the amperage fuses, while the hinge (15) allows the movement of the movable cover (1) as shown previously. The general purpose of the fuse holder is to design a room where two fuses are housed so their electrical connection is established through manual training and disconnection electric, also by means of manual drive. This part is specially indicated for the functions such as airbag, ABS and Similar.

The piece itself is designed to ensure contact fuses housed inside the box, passing necessarily by handling the piece in its different positions: pre-assembly, assembly and extraction. It is thus necessary to manipulate the arm retention (7) to be able to release the seals mobile sealing (8), both for connection of the box as its disconnection.

The robust and resistant design is thought for avoid unwanted knocks, always ensuring the correct position of the part, given the strict security requirements, because it is one of the aforementioned airbag devices, ABS and the like.

It has been sufficiently described what the present utility model, in correspondence with attached plans, it is understood that any modifications details deemed appropriate may be introduced on this one, according to the claims.
