Claims (2)
- Une méthode pour améliorer la durabilité de trépans hydrauliques, caractérisée du fait que le trépan est fait revenir encore une fois avec des températures plus élevées aux duretés de surface de 40-43 HRC, après la trempe et revenu aux 50-53 HRC au diamètre extérieur (3), fraisage (6) compris.
- Méthode selon revendication-1, caractérisée du fait qu'une décarburation du bord partielle et appropriée est fait au trépan hydraulique avant la trempe et revenu au diamètre extérieur, fraisage compris (3+6). Pendant la trempe et revenu suivants, une dureté de 40-43 HRC est apportée à la surface (3+6) et à la tête de coup (2), au côté de travail (1) et à l'intérieur (4) une dureté de 50-53 HRC est apportée à cause de la teneur en carbone du bord diminuée.
