Description
The invention is based on a gas-fired instantaneous water heater of the type of the preamble of claim 1. Such a water heater is from the company brochure, Junkers-Bosch Group, power-controlled gas hot water heaters with battery ignition WR 275-1, WR 350-1, WR 400-1 K ..B .. for chimney connection, SK 1-6.206 (9.95) known.
In the known water heater can as Safety device a control valve opened manually via a slide or getting closed . The water heater is only ready for operation when the Adjusting lever mechanically releases the control valve. Because of the mechanical Interaction of the adjustment lever with the control valve is a corresponding one Adjustment path for the adjustment lever to be provided, which, however, gives creative freedom for limits the housing design of the water heater.
The gas-fired instantaneous water heater according to the invention is by the Characteristic of claim 1 defined. The water heater stands out in particular characterized in that an electrically controllable valve in a gas supply device is arranged, the gas supply when there is a heat request releases to a burner. The control takes place in an expedient further training of the valve via a control unit. The switching means is like this arranged that it is the power supply to the control unit can prevent. The valve is in the de-energized state of the Control unit switched so that the gas supply is interrupted is. The above safety position of the valve can be by opening the switching means without much achieve circuit complexity.
In an advantageous embodiment, a holding plate is as Receiving part for the switching device, the control unit and provided its energy supply. The switching means will Integrated in terms of manufacturing technology.
Further appropriate training from other dependent Claims emerge from the description.
Es zeigen Figur 1 ein Blockschaltbild eines Ausführungsbeispiels sowie Figur 2 ein Geräteschema für einen gasbeheizten Warmwasserbereiter als weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel.FIG. 1 shows a block diagram of a Embodiment and Figure 2 is a device diagram for a gas-fired water heater as another Embodiment.
Ein Schaltmittel 12 gibt ein Signal ab an ein Steuergerät
A switching means 12 emits a signal to a
elektrisch anzusteuernde Halbleiterschalter Verwendung.
16 unterbricht.
einnimmt. The basic arrangement according to FIG. 1 realizes a
Safety function of the gas-heated water heater.
The state of the switching means 12 indicates whether the
24 unterbindet. Der geschilderte Zustand des Ventils 16
repräsentiert die Sicherheitsfunktion. In a further exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, this is
Valve 16 designed as a diaphragm valve. different
Pressure ratios in the two through the
This safety function is activated if that as
Switch designed switching means 12 in the open
Condition. Then the
erkennt.
If the
The end of the dispensing process is closed by closing the
Dispensing valve communicated. The voltage signal of the second

As an alternative, it is possible to use the switching means
12 instead of to interrupt the
Das Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Figur 2 gewährleistet eine
einfache Prüfmöglichkeit der Schließfunktion des Ventils 16,
indem bei offenem Regelventil 34 das Schaltmittel 12
geöffnet wird. Ein ordnungsgemäßes Ventil 16 muß sich
daraufhin schließen, wonach der Brenner 24 wegen
