  • Most of the water (about 80%) goes through the plane filter 1 and is directly sucked in by the washing pump, whereas the remaining portion enters the central filtering device through a plurality of passage ports P, as it will be better explained further on. Since during the washing cycle the water contained in the dishwasher is recycled by the washing pump about 10-12 times per minute, it may be assumed with a good approximation that during the whole cycle all the particles in the water will finally go through the filtering device.
  • a washing duct CL having a plurality of nozzles which tangentially spray the microfilter 5.
  • Water coming from the washing pump is periodically fed into the duct CL, e.g. at the beginning of each rinsing step, by opening an electrovalve EV. In this way the whole surface of microfilter 5, which is rotatably mounted in its seat, is washed by a counter-current from the nozzles of duct CL.

  • the diameter of cover 2 is smaller than that of the top inner periphery 14 of the first filter 3, so that between said periphery 14 and the edge 10 of cover 2 there is a circular ring-shaped space having a width "L" (fig.1) between 4,5 and 6,5 mm, preferably 5,4 mm.
  • Said circular ring-shaped space, slots 7 and the axial hole 8 of cover 2 together are the above-mentioned passage ports P which allow the water to enter the filtering device according to the present invention.

Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de filtrage pour lave-vaisselle comprenant un élément de recouvrement (2) fixé sur le dessus d'un premier élément de filtrage (3) introduit dans un second élément de filtrage (4), ce dernier étant à son tour introduit dans un troisième élément de filtrage (5) à mailles serrées, le dispositif étant situé sur le fond du réservoir du lave-vaisselle au centre de la forme concave d'un filtre plan (1) à mailles larges, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de recouvrement (2) a une forme circulaire sensiblement tronconique avec une surface concave latérale (6) dans laquelle sont formées une pluralité de fentes radiales arrangées symétriquement (7), un trou axial circulaire (8) étant formé sur le dessus de l'élément de recouvrement (2), le diamètre de l'élément de recouvrement (2) étant inférieur à celui de la périphérie interne supérieure (14) dudit premier élément de filtrage (3) de telle sorte qu'entre ladite périphérie (14) et ledit bord (10) de l'élément de recouvrement (2), il y a un espace annulaire circulaire pour le passage d'eau, ayant une largeur (L) située entre 4,5 et 6,5 mm.
  2. Dispositif de filtrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de filtrage (3) a un corps cylindrique circulaire (15) se terminant sur le dessus avec un disque (16) dans lequel une pluralité de trous (13) sont formés, une pluralité de fentes verticales arrangées symétriquement (17) étant formée dans ledit corps cylindrique (15) ayant une largeur située entre 2,5 et 3,5 mm, lesdites fentes (17) s'étendant à partir dudit disque (16) pratiquement jusqu'à l'extrémité inférieure du corps cylindrique (15).
  3. Dispositif de filtrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les fentes (17) sont au nombre de six et ont une largeur de 3 mm.
  4. Dispositif de filtrage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le second élément de filtrage (4) comporte un corps cylindrique circulaire (20) dans lequel une pluralité de fentes verticales arrangées symétriquement (21) sont formées qui ont une largeur située entre 0,8 et 1,2 mm, lesdites fentes (21) s'étendant à partir de l'extrémité inférieure dudit corps cylindrique (20) pratiquement jusqu'à son extrémité supérieure, le corps cylindrique (20) étant également pourvu d'une base inférieure dans laquelle sont formés un siège central (22) pour l'introduction du premier filtre (3), ainsi qu'une pluralité de trous arrangés symétriquement (23).
  5. Dispositif de filtrage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les fentes (21) sont au nombre de quarante-huit et ont une largeur de 1,2 mm.
  6. Dispositif de filtrage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le troisième élément de filtrage (5) est constitué d'un filtre cylindrique avec des mailles de 0,25 mm pourvu de bords renforcés supérieur et inférieur, ledit bord supérieur étant pourvu de moyens pour se coupler avec la périphérie externe du disque (16) du premier élément de filtrage (3).
  7. Dispositif de filtrage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les fentes (7) de l'élément de recouvrement (2) sont au nombre de douze et ont une largeur située entre 1,2 et 1,6 mm, de préférence 1,4 mm.
  8. Dispositif de filtrage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le trou axial (8) de l'élément de recouvrement (2) a un diamètre (D) situé entre 5 et 7 mm, de préférence 7 mm.
  9. Dispositif de filtrage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la largeur (L) de l'espace annulaire circulaire entre l'élément de recouvrement (2) et le premier élément de filtrage (3) est égal à 5,4 mm.
  10. Dispositif de filtrage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface concave (6) de l'élément de recouvrement (2) a un rayon de courbure (R) situé entre 15 et 25 mm, de préférence 20 mm.
  11. Dispositif de filtrage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface concave (6) de l'élément de recouvrement (2) est divisé en quatre parties égales par quatre ailettes orthogonales verticales (9) s'étendant à partir du bord du trou axial (8) vers le bord périphérique (10).
  12. Dispositif de filtrage selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de recouvrement (2) est fixé sur le premier élément de filtrage (3) par l'intermédiaire d'une paire de dents opposées (11) formées de manière monobloc sur la face inférieure de l'élément de recouvrement (2) et adaptées à venir en prise avec des trous (13) formés dans le premier élément de filtrage (3).
