Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif distributeur pour produits solides, hydrosolubles ou hydrodispersibles se plaçant en amont d'une pomme de douche ou d'une douchette.
Des utilisateurs de douche ont souhaité retrouver ou trouver dans la douche la possibilité de recevoir de l'eau chargée en produit moussant ou parfumé ou lavant : tout comme la personne qui se trouve dans son bain, peut ajouter à l'eau des produits moussants ou parfumés ou lavants.
Jusqu'à présent, les utilisateurs de douche ont deux possibilités : soit utiliser des appareils ne distribuant de tels produits que sous forme liquide seulement, soit se couvrir de tels produits avant tout lavage ou rinçage. Certes on connaít aussi un produit pour mélanger un produit secondaire à un fluide primaire tel que celui décrit dans le document FR-2.264.583-A.
Aussi, un des buts de la présente invention est-il de fournir un dispositif distributeur pour produits solides moussants ou parfumés ou lavants, qui se situe en amont d'une pomme de douche ou d'une douchette.
Un autre but de la présente invention est de fournir un tel dispositif qui ne nécessite aucune adaptation des appareils de douche existant.
Ces buts, ainsi que d'autres qui apparaítront par la suite, sont atteints par un dispositif distributeur comportant toutes les caractéristiques de la revendication 1.
Avantageusement, ce dispositif distributeur comporte un premier joint torique entre le corps tubulaire et le filetage interne ; un deuxième joint torique est disposé entre la fenêtre et la saillie circulaire, un troisième joint torique étant disposé dans la bague d'obturation.
Avantageusement, la pièce de raccordement comporte au niveau du second épaulement une grille.
La description qui va suivre et qui ne comporte aucun caractère limitatif doit être lue en regard des figures en annexe, parmi lesquelles :
  • la figure 1 est une vue de face d'un dispositif distributeur selon la présente invention,
  • la figure 2 est une coupe longitudinale de l'objet de la figure 1 selon la ligne II - II.
Ainsi qu'on peut le voir sur les figures, un dispositif distributeur pour produit solide comprend un corps lubulaire 1 dont une extrémité 2, ou première extrémité, est munie d'une saillie circulaire 3 et comporte un filetage 4 intérieur définissant un premier épaulement 5 à l'intérieur de ce corps tubulaire 1. Par ce filetage, le dispositif distributeur, selon 'invention, peut être fixé à la sortie d'un robinet ou à l'arrière d'une douchette ou d'une pomme de douche.
Ce dispositif distributeur comprend aussi une pièce de raccordement 6 cylindrique qui comporte une butée circulaire 7 de part et d'autre de laquelle sont situés deux filetages : un premier filetage 8, ou filetage externe, permettant au dispositif distributeur d'être vissé au flexible d'une douche, et un second filetage 9, ou filetage externe, permettant le vissage de la pièce de raccordement 6 dans la seconde extrémité du corps tubulaire 1. L'extrémité libre de ce second filetage 9 constitue un second épaulement 10.
A l'intérieur du corps tubulaire 1, il est donc défini par la paroi interne de celui-ci et les premier 5 et second 10 épaulements une chambre 11. Le corps tubulaire 1 est muni au niveau de cette chambre 11, plus précisément au niveau du premier épaulement 5, d'une fenêtre 12 permettant l'introduction d'un produit solide hydrosoluble ou hydrodispersible à l'intérieur de cette chambre 11.
En outre, le dispositif distributeur selon la présente invention comprend une bague d'obturation 14 coulissant sur le corps tubulaire 1 entre la saillie circulaire 3 et la butée circulaire 7.
Pour réaliser l'étanchéité de ce dispositif distributeur, celui-ci comprend, dans cet exemple de réalisation, trois joints toriques :
  • un premier 15 entre le filetage interne 9 et la paroi correspondante du corps tubulaire 1 ;
  • un deuxième 16 entre la bague d'obturation 14 et la paroi correspondante du corps tubulaire 1. Ce deuxième joint torique 16 est situé dans un logement 17 circulaire ménagé dans la bague d'obturation et formant saillie à l'extérieur de cette bague : cette saillie constitue avantageusement un moyen d'appui pour manoeuvrer cette bague 14.
  • un troisième 18 disposé sur le corps tubulaire 1 entre la saillie circulaire 3 et la fenêtre 12 : il coopère avec la bague d'obturation 14, lorsque celle-ci recouvre la fenêtre 12.
Pour introduire un produit solide, hydrosoluble ou hydrodispersible comportant notamment un produit moussant ou parfumant ou lavant dans le corps tubulaire 1, on repousse la bague d'obturation 14 contre la butée circulaire 7 afin de découvrir la fenêtre 12 par lequel est introduit le produit solide. Celui-ci repose alors sur le premier épaulement 5. Puis, on obture la fenêtre 12 en faisant coulisser la bague d'obturation 14 sur le corps tubulaire 1 en direction de la saillie circulaire 3 : lorsque la bague est en butée contre cette dernière, elle recouvre la fenêtre 12 ainsi que le troisième joint torique 18. Dans cette position, l'étanchéité de la fenêtre est assurée par les deuxième 16 et troisième 18 joints toriques qui se trouvent situés de part et d'autre de cette fenêtre 12.
La pièce de raccordement 6 peut comporter au niveau du second épaulement 10 une grille pour briser le jet et créer une turbulence dans la chambre 11. Cette turbulence permet en particulier de mieux dissoudre le produit solide présent dans cette chambre.
Le produit solide hydrosoluble ou hydrodispersible peut aussi comporter, en association ou non, un désinfectant, un agent bactéricide ou un composé thérapeutique, par exemple.
Selon une variante de réalisation de la présente invention, le corps tubulaire peut dans sa paroi comporter un passage d'eau permettant de court-circuiter la chambre. Le dispositif distributeur est de ce fait muni d'un moyen pour diriger l'eau soit vers la chambre, soit vers ce passage.

Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif distributeur pour produits solides, hydrosolubles ou hydrodispersibles, se plaçant en amont d'une pomme de douche ou d'une douchette, comprenant, en premier lieu, un corps tubulaire (1) dont une extrémité, ou première extrémité (2), comporte un filetage intérieur (4), et dont l'autre extrémité, ou seconde extrémité, est également filetée, et en second lieu, une pièce de raccordement cylindrique (6) avec un premier filetage ou filetage externe (8) dont le diamètre permet de coopérer avec le flexible d'une douche, à l'intérieur dudit corps étant une chambre (11) et ledit corps comportant une fenêtre (12) pour l'introduction d'un produit solide, hydrosoluble ou hydrodispersible dans ladite chambre (11), caractérisé par le fait que la première extrémité (2) est munie d'une saillie circulaire (3), le filetage intérieur (4) définissant un premier épaulement (5), que ladite pièce de raccordement (6) comporte une butée circulaire (7) et deux filetages de part et d'autre d'elle, ledit filetage externe (8) et un second filetage (9), ou filetage interne, dont le diamètre permet le vissage de ladite pièce (6) dans la seconde extrémité du corps (1), l'extrémité de ce filetage interne constituant un second épaulement (10), et que ladite fenêtre (12) est située entre le premier (5) et le second (10) épaulement, une bague d'obturation (14) étant située autour dudit corps (1) et pouvant coulisser entre la saillie circulaire (3) et la butée circulaire (7).
  2. Dispositif distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un premier joint torique (15) entre le corps (1) et le filetage interne (9) ; un deuxième joint torique (16) disposé dans la bague d'obturation (14) et un troisième joint torique (18) disposé entre la fenêtre (12) et la saillie circulaire (3).
  3. Dispositif distributeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la pièce de raccordement (6) comporte au niveau du second épaulement (10) une grille.
