Abstract

An appts. for adding to a primary fluid stream a second substance which has been previously put into the body of the appts. operates by inducing turbulence in the streams. The second substance may be a liquid, a paste, a powder or crystals and the addition can be controlled by a rotatable ring. The primary substance can be allowed to flow without entraining additive, in a certain control position. The appts. may be used for adding liq. soap, and perfumed salt into a main fluid stream, over sinks, in front of showers, automatic dish washing, for therapeutic materials, or disinfectants. The appts. takes up little space, is cheap and easily installed and used.
