Abstract
Description
- un corps fixe, présentant une surface d'appui concave de section au plus semi-circulaire, dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation ;
- un organe support interchangeable apte à être reçu entre la surface d'appui concave et la pièce à supporter, et présentant en section selon ledit plan la forme d'un secteur de couronne circulaire délimité par deux rayons formant entre eux un angle maximal de 180° ;
- des moyens de fixation déverrouillables de l'organe support interchangeable sur le corps fixe ; et
- des moyens de liaison pour accoupler bout à bout l'organe support interchangeable et un organe support de remplacement, afin que ce dernier puisse être amené à la place de l'organe support interchangeable, sans démontage de la pièce tournante, par une rotation simultanée desdits organes support autour de l'axe de rotation, après un déverrouillage des moyens de fixation.
- des clefs aptes à être interposées entre les extrémités en vis-à-vis de l'organe support interchangeable et de l'organe support de remplacement, les clefs comportant des pions de positionnement qui pénètrent dans des trous formés dans ces extrémités ; et
- des organes de verrouillage, munis de clavettes aptes à être engagées dans des perçages usinés dans les faces latérales des organes à accoupler.
- la figure 1 est une vue de face d'un dispositif support conforme à l'invention, représenté partiellement en coupe et dans son état de fonctionnement sur la gauche de la figure, un organe support de remplacement étant représenté en trait plein avant son accouplement avec l'organe support à remplacer et en traits mixtes après cet accouplement ; et
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective, à plus grande échelle, représentant les moyens de liaison permettant d'accoupler les deux organes support.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif support, pour une pièce tournante (10) d'axe de rotation (14) donné, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend :un corps fixe (16), présentant une surface d'appui concave (18) de section au plus semi-circulaire, dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation (14) ;un organe support interchangeable (30) apte à être reçu entre la surface d'appui concave (18) et la pièce (10) à supporter, et présentant en section selon ledit plan la forme d'un secteur de couronne circulaire délimité par deux rayons formant entre eux un angle maximal de 180° ;des moyens de fixation déverrouillables (50) de l'organe support interchangeable (30) sur le corps fixe (16) ; etdes moyens de liaison (56) pour accoupler bout à bout l'organe support interchangeable (30) et un organe support de remplacement (30'), afin que ce dernier puisse être amené à la place de l'organe support interchangeable, sans démontage de la pièce tournante, par une rotation simultanée desdits organes support (30,30') autour de l'axe de rotation (14), après un déverrouillage des moyens de fixation (50).
- Dispositif support selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'axe de rotation de la pièce tournante (10) est sensiblement horizontal et la surface d'appui concave (18) est orientée vers le haut.
- Dispositif support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel l'organe support interchangeable (30) comporte au moins deux galets de roulement (36), d'axes parallèles à l'axe de rotation sur lesquels repose la pièce tournante (10).
- Dispositif support selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'organe support interchangeable (30) comporte de plus un galet de butée (42), dont l'axe est orienté radialement par rapport à l'axe de rotation de la pièce tournante (10).
- Dispositif support selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 et 4, dans lequel chacun des galets (36,42) est monté de façon démontable sur l'organe support interchangeable (30).
- Dispositif support selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'organe support interchangeable (30) est en contact avec la surface d'appui concave (18) par des patins (32) circonférentiellement répartis.
- Dispositif support selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'organe support interchangeable (30) présente des flasques latéraux (34) aptes à venir en appui sur des flancs du corps fixe (16), pour empêcher un déplacement relatif entre ce dernier et l'organe support, parallèlement audit axe de rotation.
- Dispositif support selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les moyens de liaison (56) comprennent :des clefs (58) aptes à être interposées entre des extrémités en vis-à-vis de l'organe support interchangeable (30) et de l'organe support de remplacement (30'), les clefs (58) comportant des pions de positionnement (60) qui pénètrent dans des trous (62) formés dans ces extrémités ; etdes organes (64) de verrouillage, munis de clavettes (66) aptes à être engagées dans des perçages (68) usinés dans des faces latérales des organes à accoupler.
- Dispositif support selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les moyens de fixation (50) comprennent des plaques (52) aptes à être fixées par des organes de fixation (54) sur des faces terminales du corps fixe (16), prolongeant la surface d'appui concave (18) à chacune de ses extrémités circonférentielles, de façon à venir en appui sur des faces d'extrémité de l'organe support interchangeable (30).
- Dispositif support selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la pièce tournante est un four tubulaire (10).
