Claims (20)
- Verschlussverfahren eines Metallbehälters mit einem Mantel und einem Abfallsaum, und mit einem Metalldeckel mit einer Schale und einem Bördelrand, mit einer Behälter- und Deckelbeschickung, einem Bördeln des Randes des besagten Deckels mit dem Abfallsaum des besagten Behälters, um mindestens einen Bördelhaken zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassa) der besagte beschickte Deckel keine Dichtung aufweist, wobei der besagte beschickte Behälter und der besagte beschickte Deckel jeweils eine Innenbeschichtung umfassen, die so gewählt ist, dass die Innenbeschichtung des einen wärmeversiegelbar mit der Innenbeschichtung des anderen ist,b) man nach dem Bördeln des besagten Deckels und des besagten Behälters die besagte Innenbeschichtung des besagten Behälters in Kontakt mit der besagten Innenbeschichtung des besagten Deckels wärmeversiegelt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem man durch Wärmeversiegelung der besagten Innenbeschichtung des besagten Behälters mit der besagten Innenbeschichtung des besagten Deckels einen Werkstoffmeniskus bildet, der die Schweissverbindung der Inneneschichtungen des besagten Behälters und des besagten Deckels gewährleistet und eine Verbindung der besagten Schale mit dem besagten Mantel bildet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, bei dem die Wärmeversiegelungsarbeit nach derjenigen des Bördelns oder gleichzeitig mit dieser durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die besagte Innenbeschichtung des besagten Behälters und diejenige des besagten Deckels von innen einen Thermoplastfilm umfassen, wobei der Thermoplastfilm des besagten Behälters und derjenige des besagten Deckels wärmeversiegelbar sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, bei dem der besagte Thermoplastfilm ein 5 bis 50 µm dicker Polyolefin-Film ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, bei dem der besagte Thermoplastfilm ein PP-Film ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem eine der besagten Innenbeschichtungen einen Thermoplastfilm umfasst, und die andere der besagten Innenbeschichtungen einen mit dem besagten Thermoplastfilm wärmeversiegelbaren Lack umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, bei dem der besagte Thermoplastfilm ein Polyolefin und der besagte Lack ein mit Körnern des besagten Polyolefins durchsetzter Lack ist, so dass der besagte Lack mit dem besagten Film wärmeversiegelbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, bei dem das besagte Polyolefin PP ist und der besagte Lack auf Epoxyharz basiert.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, bei dem der besagte Behälter von innen mit dem besagten Polyolefinfilm und der besagte Deckel von innen mit dem besagten Lack beschichtet ist.
- Verpackung mit einem abgepackten Produkt, gebildet aus einem Metallbehälter mit einem Mantel und einem Abfallsaum, und einem Metalldeckel mit einer Schale und einem Bördelrand, wobei der besagte Deckel am besagten Behälter gebördelt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenbeschichtung des besagten Deckels mit der Innenbeschichtung des besagten Behälters wärmeversiegelt ist.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 11, bei der die wärmeversiegelte Verbindung der Innenverkleidungen des besagten Deckels und des besagten Behälters einen umlaufenden Meniskus bildet, der die Verbindung der besagten Schale mit dem besagten Mantel gewährleistet.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 und 12, bei der die Metalldicke des besagten Behälters und des besagten Deckels zwischen 0,10 und 0,25 mm beträgt.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 13, bei der das besagte Metall Aluminium oder eine Aluminiumlegierung oder Stahl ist, wobei der Behälter aus einem anderen Material bestehen kann als der Deckel.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 14, bei der der besagte Behälter aus Stahl und der besagte Deckel aus Aluminium bestehen.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, bei der die besagte Innenbeschichtung des besagten Behälters und des besagten Deckels unter Thermoplast-Filmen oder lacken gewählt wird, wobei die Lacke Körner aus Thermoplaststoff beinhalten.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 16, bei der die besagte Innenbeschichtung des besagten Behälters und diejenige des besagten Deckels Filme aus Thermoplaststoff bestehen, vorzugsweise Polyolefin-Filme.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 16, bei der die besagte Innenbeschichtung des besagten Behälters ein Lack ist, der Körner aus Thermoplaststoff enthält, und die besagte Innenbeschichtung des besagten Deckels ein Thermoplastfilm ist, der mit dem besagten Lack wärmeversiegelt werden kann.
- Verpackung nach Anspruch 16, bei der der besagte Thermoplastfilm eine Dicke von 10 bis 50 µm aufweist und der besagte Lack eine Dicke von 3 bis 15 µm.
- Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 19, bei der der besagte Behälter ein Dosenkörper oder eine Schachtel ist, deren Deckel leicht öffnend ist oder nicht.
