Abstract

Das Verfahren und die dazugehörigen Vorrichtungen dienen der Erzeugung von umhüllten Stranggießprodukten. In diesem Verfahren wird beispielsweise ein rostfreies Warmband, das als Umhüllung dient, kontinuierlich zwischen die Kokillenwand und beispielsweise eine Kohlenstoff-Schmelze eingeführt, um mit der Strangschale zu verschweißen. Dieses Verfahren kann z.B. vorteilhaft bei der 2-Rollen-Gießanlage, der Hazelett-Anlage oder auf der Gießradanlage zur Anwendung kommen.The method and the associated devices are used for production of coated continuous casting products.
