Abstract
Kälteanlage zur Erzeugung von tiefen Temperaturen, wobei mehrere thermisch gekoppelte, geschlossene Kältemittelkreisläufe vorgesehen sind. Dabei sind vorzugsweise drei Kältemittelkreisläufe (I,II,III) mit unterschiedlichen geeigneten Kältemitteln vorgesehen, wobei die thermische Kopplung über Wärmetauscher (20,6) erfolgt und das Kältemittel eines jeden nachgeschalteten Kältemittelkreislaufs (II,III) im Wärmetauscher (20,6) über das Kältemittel des jeweils zuvorgeschalteten Kältemittelkreislaufs (I,II) vorgekühlt wird. Dadurch ist es möglich, auch bei vergleichsweise niedrigen Arbeitsdrücken Temperaturen bis zu etwa -125°C zu erzielen.
