Claims (2)

  1. Dispositif à galets pour aiguilleurs de chemins de fer, composé d'un support métallique en forme de U (1) contenant un ou plusieurs galets en acier inoxydable (2) - dont l'axe de rotation est horizontal - et des accessoires, y compris une plaque d'appui carrée (7) et un jeu de cales carrées en tôle métallique (9), ledit support (1) ayant, quand il est en service, une base horizontale carrée (3) dont les côtés (4) sont verticaux et donc perpendiculaires à la base (3); une série de trous symétriques est réalisée de part et d'autre du support (1); ces trous accueillent les extrémités d'un ou plusieurs pivots (5) fixés par des points de soudure ou par tout autre système rigide mais aisément amovible; lesdits galets (2) tournent autour des susdits pivots (5); ledit support (1) est fixé aux traverses du rail (11) par des vis (10.2, 10.3) enfilées dans les trous de la base (3) et logées directement dans les traverses (11) ou dans des manchons (14) spécialement prévus à cet effet dans les traverses (11); la plaque d'appui carrée (7) et les cales (9) ont, elles aussi, des trous pour les vis (10.1) permettant la fixation du support à la plaque et aux cales (9) et/ou pour les vis (10.2, 10.3) permettant la fixation du support (1) lui-même à la traverse (11); des roulements en tôle d'acier (8) sont prévus sur la face supérieure de chaque traverse (11) de l'aiguillage qui soutiennent son rail mobile et lui permettent de glisser; chaque support (1) est fixé à la face supérieure d'une traverse unique (11) et, à l'intérieur des galets (2), des manchons (6) réalisés en matière plastique autolubrifiante ou des roulements à billes ou à galets sont prévus; lesdits manchons (6) ou lesdits roulements sont installés afin qu'ils soient concentriques aux susdits galets (2); le support (1) et ses accessoires sont installés à proximité du roulement (8) afin que les plaques latérales du support (1) et celles du roulement (8) soient directement en contact ou très proches les unes des autres, en fonction de la position des vis (10.1, 10.2, 10.3) utilisées; ladite plaque d'appui (7) et les cales (9) ont la même largeur.
  2. Dispositif à galets pour aiguilleurs de chemins de fer, selon la revendication ci-dessus, caractérisé en ce que le support (1) doté de deux ou plusieurs galets (2) est installé à proximité des roulements (8) avant de l'aiguillage, tandis que le support (1) doté d'un ou deux galets (2) est utilisé pour les roulements arrière de l'aiguillage.
