Claims (2)
- Walzenvorrichtung für Eisenbahnweichen, bestehend aus einem U-förmigen Metallträger (1), worin eine oder mehrere Edelstahlwalzen (2) sitzen - mit einer horizontalen Drehachse - und Zubehörteile, welche eine viereckige Trägerplatte (7) und eine Reihe viereckiger Abstandscheiben beinhalten (9), in welche der Träger (1), in Gebrauch, eine horizontale, viereckige Basis (3) mit vertikalen Seiten (4) hat, welche deshalb normal zur Basis (3) sind; eine Reihe von symmetrisch gebohrte Löcher auf beiden Seiten des Trägers (1); in genannte Löcher sitzen die Endstücke einer oder mehrerer Achsen (5), und zwar mittels einer Reihe von Schweißpunkten oder anderer starren, doch leicht abnehmbaren Anlagen; die Walzen (2) rotieren auf genannte Achsen (5); der genannte Träger (1) ist an die Schienenträger (11) befestigt, und zwar durch Schrauben (10.2, 10.3), welche in die gebohrten Löcher der Basis (3) sitzen und direkt in die Schienenträger (11) hineinpassen, oder in Hülsen (14), die in die Schienenträger (11) selbst sitzen; die viereckige Trägerplatte (7) und die Abstandscheiben (9) weisen auch Löcher für die Schrauben (10.1) auf, welche dazu dienen, den Träger an die Platte und die Abstandscheiben (9) zu befestigen, und / oder für die Schrauben (10.2, 10.3), die abwechselnd denselben Träger (1) an den Schienenträger (11) befestigen; Lager für die Walzplatte (8) sind auf die obere Fläche jedes Schienenträgers (11) der Weiche angebracht, um die Geräteschiene der Weiche gleitend zu unterstützen; jeder Träger (1) ist an einem einzigen Schienenträger (11) befestigt, und zwar auf der oberen Fläche desselben, und in den Walzen (2) befinden sich Hülsen (6), die aus selbstschmierendes Kunststoff bestehen oder Walzen oder Kugellager; genannte Hülsen (6) bzw. Lager sind konzentrisch mit genannten Walzen (2) montiert; der Träger (1) und dessen Zubehör sitzen neben dem Lager (8), so daß die Seitenplatten des Trägers (1) und die des Lagers (8) sich direkt berühren oder sich dicht nebeneinander befinden, abhängig von der Position der benutzten Schrauben (10.1, 10.2, 10.3); die genannte Trägerplatte (7) und die Abstandscheiben (9) sind gleich weit.
- Walzenvorrichtung für Eisenbahnweichen, wie im vorangehenden Patentanspruch erklärt, durch die Tatsache charakterisiert, daß der Träger (1), welcher mit zwei oder mehr Walzen (2) dotiert ist, neben die vorderen Lager (8) der Weiche sitzt, während der Träger (1), welcher mit einer oder zwei Walzen (2) dotiert ist, für die Lager an der Rückwand der Weiche benutzt werden.
