Abstract

Dispositif pour verrouiller la fermeture de portes basculantes de garage à portillon. L'invention concerne un dispositif de verrouillage en deux points latéraux pour permettre une meilleure couverture contre l'effraction. Il est constitué d'un ensemble serrure (3), d'un système de transmission serrure-loqueteau passant sous le portillon. Lorsque l'on vient actionner la serrure, les empennages (4) (5) entraînent le verrouillage ou le déverrouillage de la porte par le mouvement des loqueteaux (1) (6) dans les montants d'huisserie de la porte. Le dispositif selon invention permet l'utilisation d'une serrure (3) commune aux différents types de portes basculantes de garage, avec ou sans portillon. Le dispositif selon invention permet également une meilleure fermeture durant les opérations de manutentions et de transport des portes. <IMAGE>

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour assurer la fermeture à deux points des portes basculantes à portillon.
La fermeture de ces portes est traditionnellement assurée par la mise en place d'un pêne ou d'un loqueteau dans une barre de seuil, intégrée à l'huisserie des portes ou située directement dans le sol.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de verrouiller ce type de porte en deux endroits latéraux. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique un verrouillage classique du coté opposé au portillon, constitué d'un empennage (5) assurant la transmission de mouvement de la platine de serrure (3) au loqueteau de fermeture (6) et du coté portillon, d'un verrouillage constitué d'un empennage non linéaire (4) (5) assurant lui aussi la transmission de mouvement de la platine de serrure (3)au loqueteau de fermeture (1). Le verrouillage coté portillon est rendu possible par le passage d'un empennage (2) sous le portillon et à travers ou derrière le montant d'huisserie du portillon.
L'empennage non linéaire est constitué d'un empennage primaire (4) et d'un empennage secondaire (5), tous deux assemblés de façon rigide par un système vis-écrou comprenant une rondelle-frein ou détrompeuse bloquant la rotation entre les deux empennages.
Le dispositif selon une seconde caractéristique utilise une platine désaxée comme jonction des empennages primaire (4) et secondaire (5).
Le dispositif selon une troisième caractéristique utilise un verrouillage direct des pênes sur les montants d'huisserie.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de limiter les risques d'effraction en doublant le nombre de points de fermeture.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet l'utilisation d'une platine de serrure commune à toutes les portes basculantes de garage, avec ou sans portillon.
Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention :
  • La figure 1 représente une porte à portillon à gauche sans son huisserie qui assure le scellement de la porte dans la baie. Le système de verrouillage est représenté en partie basse de la porte, composée des différentes pièces indexées formant le dispositif selon invention.
  • L'huisserie non représentée comprend deux poinçonnages pour accueillir les deux loqueteaux de fermeture (1) et (6).

    Claims (6)

    1. Dispositif pour assurer la fermeture d'une porte de garage basculante à portillon caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à verrouiller le basculement en deux points latéraux au niveau des montants d'huisserie.
    2. Dispositif selon revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de la fermeture coté portillon est transmis de la platine de serrure (3) au loqueteau (1) par un empennage non rectiligne (4) (5).
    3. Dispositif selon revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que empennage (4) relié au loqueteau (1) coté portillon coulisse sous ce dernier.
    4. Dispositif selon revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que l'empennage secondaire (2) coulisse à travers le montant d'huisserie du portillon dans une bague de matière synthétique.
    5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que le verrouillage se fait avec des loqueteaux dans ou derrière les montants d'huisserie.
    6. Dispositif selon l'une des quatre premières revendications caractérisé en ce que le verrouillage se fait directement par la mise en position des pênes derrière les montants d'huisserie.
