Abstract

Ein Versandstück (10) aus Umschlag und Inhalt wird aus einer Papierbahn auf einer ersten Förderstrecke (2) in einzelnen Stationen nacheinander personlisiert bedruckt. Nach Wendung wird die Papierbahn ggf. mit weiteren Papierteilen belegt. Dann wird sie seitlich konturgeschnitten sowie mit einwärts gefalteten Seitenlaschen für den Umschlag versehen. Danach wird der Zuschnitt als Einheit von der Papierbahn mit einem Querschneider (43) abgetrennt und der Inhalt wird in sich quer sowie auf den Zuschnitt für den Umschlag gefaltet. Danach wird diese Einheit rechtwinklig auf eine zweite Förderstrecke (3) umgelenkt. In ihr werden die Deckblätter des Umschlages unter Zwischenlage des Inhaltes aufeinandergeklappt. Dabei werden die Deckblätter mit den Seitenlaschen aneinander befestigt. Danach wird mit der Schließlasche die Umschlagöffnung verschlossen.
