Abstract
Eine Vorrichtung (2) zum Aufbringen von Beschichtungsgut in Gestalt von Teilchen auf einen Gegenstand (1) enthält eine Prallfläche (9) und eine Teilchen-Strahldüsenanordnung, aus der ein Teilchenstrom mit einem Strahldruck gegen die Prallfläche (9) geblasen wird, an der die Teilchen zum Gegenstand (1) hin umgelenkt werden. Die Teilchen werden an einer Elektrodeneinrichtung (13, 14) mit einem zum Potential des Gegenstandes (1) unterschiedlichen Potential aufgeladen. Entweder sind zwei Teilchen-Strahldüsenanordnungen (7, 8) zum schrägen Aufblasen von zwei Teilchenströmen (5, 6) gegen die Prallfläche (9) von entgegengesetzten Seiten her vorhanden, so daß die zum Gegenstand (1) hin umgelenkten Teilchenströme (5, 6) zum Gegenstand (1) hin einen gemeinsamen Teilchenstrom (4) bilden, wobei zur Veränderung der Richtung dieses Teilchenstroms (4) der Strahldruck an mindestens einer der Teilchen-Strahldüsenanordnungen (7, 8) veränderbar ist. Alternativ hierzu kann eine einzige Teilchen-Strahldüsenanordnung zwischen der Prallfläche und dem Gegenstand so angeordnet sein, daß der austretende Teilchenstrom quer zur Prallfläche gegen diese gerichtet ist, wobei seitlich vom Teilchenstrom mindestens eine Druckluft-Strahldüsenanordnung angeordnet ist, mit der zum Steuern der Richtung des Teilchenstroms ein Druckluft-Strom von der Seite her gegen den Teilchenstrom gerichtet werden kann. A device (2) for applying coating material in the form of particles to an object (1) contains an impact surface (9) and a particle jet nozzle arrangement, from which a particle stream is blown with a jet pressure against the impact surface (9) on which the Particles are deflected towards the object (1). The particles are charged on an electrode device (13, 14) with a potential different from the potential of the object (1). Either there are two particle jet nozzle arrangements (7, 8) for obliquely inflating two particle streams (5, 6) against the impact surface (9) from opposite sides, so that the particle streams (5, 6) deflected towards the object (1) form a common particle stream (4) towards the object (1), the jet pressure at at least one of the particle jet nozzle arrangements (7, 8) being changeable to change the direction of this particle stream (4). Alternatively, a single particle jet nozzle arrangement can be arranged between the baffle surface and the object such that the emerging particle stream is directed towards the baffle surface, with at least one compressed air jet nozzle arrangement being arranged to the side of the particle stream, with which to control the direction of the particle flow a stream of compressed air can be directed from the side against the particle flow.
