Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung (2) zum Aufbringen von Beschichtungsgut in Gestalt von Teilchen auf einen Gegenstand (1) enthält eine Prallfläche (9) und eine Teilchen-Strahldüsenanordnung, aus der ein Teilchenstrom mit einem Strahldruck gegen die Prallfläche (9) geblasen wird, an der die Teilchen zum Gegenstand (1) hin umgelenkt werden. Die Teilchen werden an einer Elektrodeneinrichtung (13, 14) mit einem zum Potential des Gegenstandes (1) unterschiedlichen Potential aufgeladen. Entweder sind zwei Teilchen-Strahldüsenanordnungen (7, 8) zum schrägen Aufblasen von zwei Teilchenströmen (5, 6) gegen die Prallfläche (9) von entgegengesetzten Seiten her vorhanden, so daß die zum Gegenstand (1) hin umgelenkten Teilchenströme (5, 6) zum Gegenstand (1) hin einen gemeinsamen Teilchenstrom (4) bilden, wobei zur Veränderung der Richtung dieses Teilchenstroms (4) der Strahldruck an mindestens einer der Teilchen-Strahldüsenanordnungen (7, 8) veränderbar ist. Alternativ hierzu kann eine einzige Teilchen-Strahldüsenanordnung zwischen der Prallfläche und dem Gegenstand so angeordnet sein, daß der austretende Teilchenstrom quer zur Prallfläche gegen diese gerichtet ist, wobei seitlich vom Teilchenstrom mindestens eine Druckluft-Strahldüsenanordnung angeordnet ist, mit der zum Steuern der Richtung des Teilchenstroms ein Druckluft-Strom von der Seite her gegen den Teilchenstrom gerichtet werden kann.
