Description
The invention relates to a transport container for in rod-shaped Magazines arranged relays, the magazines each have a continuous cavity with front openings to insert the relays.
It is common to use small relays in more or less prismatic shapes Pack magazines with the walls of each Magazine roughly adapted to the outer contour of the relay are and these hollow bar magazines only on have openings on the front for inserting the relays. These openings are usually made after filling the Magazine with the specified number of relays with one Adhesive tape or the like closed. For the transport it is also common to have a larger number of such assemblies Pack magazines in boxes, which in turn come with Adhesive strips and the like can be closed. At the recipient these boxes are then used again for further processing opened, the magazines are taken out individually to the End faces opened and individually inserted in placement machines, where then the relays with appropriate devices pushed into the magazines and put on circuit boards or in other devices are installed.
The aim of the present invention is to provide a transport container to create for such relay rod magazines with which simplifies handling during packaging and removal is, but still a good position securing for the Transport of the relay is guaranteed.
According to the invention, this transport container is formed by a cuboid in shape, open to the top Cassette, the interior of the length and width of a magazine and the height of a predetermined number of stacked one above the other Magazines.
By arranging the magazines in length and width it is a precisely fitted cassette, a so-called quiver no longer required, each individual magazine on the front sides to close since the end walls of the cassette Take over the fuse of the relays in the magazines. Only on the open top of the cassette is a simple fuse of the magazine stack in the form of an adhesive strip or the like expedient.
The cassette according to the invention can be made of different materials consist. The use is particularly advantageous a dissipative plastic, which is electrostatic Charges can be avoided. Received through the plastic the cassette is very light in weight, despite being thinner Walls sufficient stability is achieved. The Long side walls of the cassette can also be in the central area cut out approximately U-shaped, so that the magazines essentially only at their ends between U-shaped Walls of the cassette. This gives one additional material and weight savings. Otherwise small openings can be provided in the closed floor area to be in case of jamming the bottom magazines to be able to push them out.
The cassette preferably consists of two deep-drawn Half shells, which on three edges, namely on the bottom and on the two end faces, connected to each other, for example are glued.
Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a transport cassette
1 for holding
werdenThe cassette 1 is made of two thermoformed
An
den oberseitigen Kanten der Seitenwände 15 sind außerdem
ebenfalls umgeknickte Ränder 19 zur Erhöhung der Stabilität
angeformt.
The
bzw. Stangenmagazine aufweisen. Er wird mit einer Gittertür
27 verschlossen. As already mentioned, the packaging of the relays

After arrival at the destination, the full cassettes 1
