Claims (5)

  1. Hydraulische Kolbenmaschine mit mindestens einem in einem Grundkörper (1) angeordneten Zylinder (2), in dem eine Laufbuchse (3) aus einem Kunststoff angeordnet ist, wobei der Außendurchmesser der Laufbuchse (3) und der Innendurchmesser des Zylinders (2) spielfrei aufeinander abgestimmt sind und der Kunststoff ein wesentlich kleineres Elastizitätsmodul als der Grundkörper (1) aufweist, so daß Haltekräfte, die die Buchse (3) in dem Grundkörper (1) halten, an die Kräfte angepaßt sind, die wirken, um die Buchse (3) aus dem Grundkörper (1) herauszutreiben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Passung so ist, daß die Buchse (3) im Grundkörper (1) gegen das Heraustreiben aus dem Zylinder (2) nur durch Reibungskräfte gehalten ist.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufbuchse (3) über eine Preßpassung mit dem Grundkörper (1) verbunden ist.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Elastizitätsmodul des Kunststoffs etwa um den Faktor 10 kleiner ist als der von nicht rostendem Stahl.
  4. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufbuchse (3) eine Wandstärke aufweist, die kleiner als 1,5 mm ist.
  5. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufbuche (3) an einer Stirnseite einen umlaufenden Vorsprung (5) aufweist, dessen stirnseitige Endfläche (6) senkrecht zur Achse der Laufbuchse verläuft.
