Abstract
Description
7.The present invention relates to a method and a Device for opening flexible, flat products according to claim 1 or 7.
Weiter ist der Aufbau der Vorrichtung kompliziert.EP-A-0 576 728 discloses a method and an apparatus for opening centrally folded sheets that by means of a clamp conveyor with swiveling clamps in a scale formation in which each arch on the in advance, be promoted gradually. The brackets hold the sheets at their folded edges; in terms of the folded edge is the open one opposite this Leading edge. There is one on the side of the clamp conveyor Opening device with a lifting and lowering suction head arranged. By swiveling the brackets the Arch from a scale formation at right angles to Direction of conveying edge in a scale formation with the edge slanted to the conveying direction, in which the bow on the of the opening device facing side with a side corner area over the protrude adjacent arc. As soon as one sheet each its corner area has reached the suction head the clamp conveyor stopped, after which the suction head the upper part of the arch captured in the corner area and from stands out below. When starting again The suction head gives the clamp part the lifted sheet part free, which on a profile-shaped hold-open element comes to the plant. Then the brackets pivoted in the opposite direction, so that the open and corner area kept open by means of the hold-open element now becomes the leading corner. An accelerator captures the product part below in the leading Corner area around the open arch on a saddle, of a saddle stitcher. The gradual transport leads to a restless run and is likely to have processing capacity restrict. Next is the structure of the device complicated.
A method and device for opening multi-leaf products folded in the middle with continuous Funding is disclosed in EP-A-0 344 787. The Products are leading with respect to the fold edge and more open at an angle to the conveying direction Edge using a cam conveyor in a scale formation transported in which each product on the lying ahead. To the side of the cam conveyor an opening device with several at a distance of the products Suction head pairs arranged one behind the other are provided. The pairs of suction heads are synchronously in and opposite the direction of conveyance is movable in time with the printed products and the suction heads of the pairs of suction heads are transverse to the conveying plane movable towards and away from each other. she capture the bottom and top of each other adjacent leaves in the corner area and stand out from the rest of the sheets. After releasing of the lifted leaves, these come on guide elements to the system to over or under the following suction heads to be led away. The products are in of this kind gradually opened, then on the saddle of a saddle stitcher. The successive Opening the products takes considerable time and requires a complex opening device. The complicated one Movement of the suction heads in turn limits the processing capacity.
It is an object of the present invention, a method and a device for opening flexible, flat Propose or create products that or the disadvantages of the known methods and devices eliminated.
This task is accomplished with a method according to claim 1 and solved with a device according to claim 7.
The invention takes advantage of the inherent elasticity of the flexible products to open out. Due to the inclination of the Products is a corner area and a section of the edge exposed with which the fixed stop and the fixed Keep open element can interact without disability through the neighboring products. A first part of the product has one, over the other second part of the product protruding edge section. This allows opening of the product in a single step to the desired one Place and enables the formation of the attack such that it opens the first part of the product can hold back safely. The one with the outside Flat side of the first product part interacting guide surface ensures that the stop only on the acts first product part and thus the product exactly opened between the first and second product part becomes. Due to the inclination of the product and the Effect of the attack on the products in the back End section of the leading edge, the products only in the corner area affects what on the one hand small forces acting on the products and on the other hand for a safe opening in a short time and on short funding path leads.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 6, the opening will now

Since the
The security of opening can be increased even further,

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 10 and 11

Weiter weist die Vorrichtung ein einen Führungsspalt 46
bildendes Führungsbändchenpaar 48 auf. In Förderrichtung F

As soon as the
vorhanden ist.12 and 13 show the device according to FIG. 10

ihrer Verbindungskante 16 mittels Klammern 52 gehalten
transportiert. Die Klammern 52 sind an einem in Förderrichtung
F umlaufend angetriebenen, strichpunktiert angedeuteten

In Förderrichtung F gesehen
So far, forms of training of the inventive

Am stromabwärts gelegenen Ende des Führungselements 58 ist

des Randes 40'' sich befindet. At the downstream end of the
Below the
Fördermittel 62.15 to 18 is with a dash-
Kante 18 verlaufenden streifenartigen Randbereich 20
Erzeugnisteil 14 vorsteht. In Förderrichtung F gesehen
ist die Kante 18 wiederum bezüglich der Verbindungskante
16 vorlaufend.
56 anliegt.
The
Leave with the device shown in Figs. 15 to 21
The device according to the invention can be used without Changeover individually, one after the other as well as in scale formation Process resulting products. The device can also be configured to convert products with top and bottom first product part to be able to open.
