Abstract
Description
The invention is based on a permanent magnet for the magnetic circuit of a preferably in a residual current circuit breaker (FI switch) can be used magnetic release. Such a permanent magnet feeds magnetic flux into one of two yoke formed magnetically against each other insulated sheets of the magnetic circuit. The yoke is generally U-shaped educated. The ends of the U are in the closed state of the magnetic circuit bridged by a hinged armature. At the Occurrence of a tripping variable, such as a fault current, is in one on one of the two legs of the U plugged trip coil fed a signal. This signal is generated in the trip coil a magnetic flux which is that of permanent magnets generated magnetic flux at the location of the anchor weakens. Of the Anchor loaded spring is used in the Weakening of the magnetic permanent flux lifted from the yoke and pivoted about a bearing axis. He releases a plunger mechanical actuation of a device. For a FI switch This ram acts on a switch lock, which opening causes a contact arrangement of the FI-switch.
The invention takes a state of the art of permanent magnets for the magnetic circuit of a magnetic release, as published in EP-B1-0 228 345, for example. In this Publication described permanent magnets are cylindrical or cuboid. They are each between two each having a coupling point and by a magnetic poorly conducting diaphragm from each other magnetically arranged isolated sheets of a yoke. The yoke is stock use part of the magnetic circuit of a in a FI switch deten magnetic release. The positioning of these magnets to the Einkopplungsstellen is relatively expensive. Since this also Air gaps can not be ruled out with certainty the magnets in the production generally oversized become.
In the patent application FR-A 2 596 577 is a permanent magnet for magnetic release disclosed with a horizontal, to the stand area parallel cover surface part for feeding in magnetic River in an anchor and a second inclined to it Cover surface part.
The invention as stated in the patent claims the task is based on a permanent magnet of to create the aforementioned type, which is in a simple Way in the yoke can be positioned and which one at the same time particularly good feeding of the magnetic flux into the yoke of the magnetic circuit allows.
The permanent magnet according to the invention is characterized from that he arranged because of his mutually inclined, flat pole faces easily to the coupling points of can be adjusted to both yoke plates. The coupling points are according to the angle of inclination of the pole faces against each other angled and also just form. Of the Permanent magnet then positions itself after its installation in The yoke is self-acting, because of the effect of the magnetic Circle guided steady flow with its two against each other arranged inclined, flat pole faces to the complementarily inclined, level coupling points of the yoke is pressed. Not to avoiding air gaps between the pole faces of the magnet and the associated bearing surfaces of the coupling points of the yoke are significantly reduced. Therefore, the coupling of the Magnetic continuous flow into the yoke significantly improved. At the same time the unwanted magnetic leakage flux is extremely kept low. A fixation of the permanent magnet as well Complex adjustment omitted, since the magnet automatically puts you in the right position. Moreover, now is the Easy to recognize preferred direction of the magnet and can the Magnet also be made isotropic or anisotropic.

The magnetic circuit further comprises a two
an.
ausgerichtet. Die Polflächen 11a, 11b sind daher jeweils
rechteckig oder quadratisch ausgebildet.The two
The
Federelement bezeichnet. Dieses Federelement 18 enthält zwei
zylindrische, spiegelsymmetrisch angeordnete Schraubenfedern 19,
20 mit typischerweise jeweils bis zu 10 Windungen. Jede Feder 19
bzw. 20 ist in einer Materialausnehmung 21 bzw. 22 gelagert,
The
The
Streuverluste ins Joch 9 eingekoppelt.
Due to the obelisk-shaped design of the
Manufacturing technology even easier than a wedge

The at the obelisk or wedge to the two
Zu empfehlen ist ein Winkel zwischen 60° und 120°.The angle between the two pole faces 11 should not be too be dull, because then no longer good positioning is guaranteed. On the other hand, the angle must not are too pointed, since the energy density of the magnet 11th then too low and accordingly too little energy in the magnetic circuit is fed. Highly recommended is an angle between 60 ° and 120 °.
The two
