Claims (19)
- Boítier (1) pour le conditionnement d'un produit (P) sous forme de bloc solide ou semi-solide comprenant :a) un fond (2) définissant un réceptacle pour le bloc solide, des moyens (8) d'accrochage du produit étant prévus pour immobiliser le bloc à l'intérieur du réceptacle,b) un opercule (6) disposé de manière amovible sur une surface du produit de manière à enfermer le bloc dans le réceptacle, etc) un couvercle (4) monté de manière amovible sur le fond (2) de manière à sélectivement ouvrir/fermer le boítier,
- Boítier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fond est muni d'un bord cylindrique (24) portant un filetage externe (18), un orifice de remplissage (14, 36) du produit étant prévu, traversant le fond (2) et lesdits moyens d'accrochage (8), l'opercule (6) prenant appui contre le bord cylindrique (24), le couvercle (4) étant apte à se fixer, par vissage sur le bord (24) du fond (2), et en ce que les moyens de couplage comportent au moins un organe d'entraínement (34), porté par l'opercule (6), coopérant avec au moins un organe complémentaire (46) porté par la surface interne du couvercle (4), un mouvement de rotation du couvercle par rapport au fond (2), lors de l'ouverture du boítier, provoquant une mise en engagement de l'organe d'entraínement (34) et de l'organe complémentaire (46), entraínant en rotation l'opercule (6) sur ledit angle α.
- Boítier selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de couplage comportent au moins une encoche (34) disposée sur un bord périphérique (32) de l'opercule (6), et destinée à coopérer avec au moins un cran (46) disposé sur la surface interne du couvercle (4), la rotation du couvercle par rapport au fond (2) provoquant la mise en engagement de l'encoche (34) et du cran (48) sur ledit angle α.
- Boítier selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un nombre d'encoches (34) différent d'au moins une unité du nombre de crans (46).
- Boítier selon la revendication 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte n encoches reparties de manière régulière sur le bord périphérique de l'opercule (6) et n-1 crans (46) repartis de manière régulière sur la surface interne du couvercle (4), n étant au moins égal à 2.
- Boítier selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que n est au moins égal à 6.
- Boítier selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que n est égal à 13.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'angle a est compris entre 10° et 180°.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'angle α est compris entre 90° et 180°.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'accrochage sont constitués par une plaque (8) annulaire en mousse à cellules ouvertes.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (4) est transparent.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule (6) est transparent.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule (6) présente une forme de calotte.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'opercule (6) est réalisé en un matériau choisi parmi le chlorure de polyvinyle, le polypropylène, le polycarbonate, le polystyrène, le polyéthylène téréphthalate.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit (P).est un fard à joues ou une ombre à paupières.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit (P) est liquéfiable, apte à être mis en place dans le boítier par coulage au travers de l'orifice (14, 36) de remplissage, et à se solidifier dans la cavité après le coulage.
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice de remplissage (14, 36) est obturé par un bouchon (10).
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit (P) contient du plâtre hydraté (CaSO4, 2H2O).
- Boítier selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le produit (P) contient des pigments.
