Abstract
Description
- la cale peut être utilisée pour tout positionnement d'une pièce mobile par rapport à un autre élément fixe ;
- la cale présente une partie active et un élément de manoeuvre, reliés par une zone charnière ;
- la partie active de la cale comporte un axe pénétrant dans l'orifice du boítier, puis dans l'orifice du levier, ledit axe portant à son extrémité un moyen de blocage empêchant son retrait après une rotation de la cale ;
- le moyen de blocage porté par l'axe de la partie active de la cale est constitué par deux ergots disposés radialement de part et d'autre de l'axe, lesdits ergots étant susceptibles de traverser les orifices de la paroi du boítier et du levier de barillet, puis, après rotation, de se bloquer derrière le levier de barillet ;
- l'axe est porté par une platine, qui reste à l'extérieur du boítier, lorsque la cale est mise en place dans les deux orifices avec lesquels elle coopère ;
- la platine porte, de part et d'autre de l'axe, des bossages destinés à s'appuyer contre le boítier afin d'assurer, en coopération avec le moyen de blocage porté par l'axe, le maintien du levier de barillet contre la paroi du boítier pour éviter le jeu entre le levier et la paroi du boítier ;
- l'élément de manoeuvre est une languette, dont le plan moyen contient, au repos, la zone charnière ; il peut présenter une dépression centrale pour faciliter sa préhension au moment de la mise en place de la cale mais, de préférence, il ne présente pas d'ouverture afin d'éviter son crochetage ;
- la cale est entièrement constituée en matière plastique, la zone charnière étant amincie pour constituer une charnière-film et autoriser le basculement de l'élément de manoeuvre par rapport à la partie active de la cale.
- la figure 1 est une vue générale en perspective d'une serrure pour porte de véhicule conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue dans la même perspective que la figure 1, représentant la cale de blocage du levier de barillet après montage de la glissière de vitre, dans le cas d'une serrure sans barillet ;
- la figure 3 est une vue de dessus de la cale de blocage du levier de barillet, avec coupe partielle selon la ligne III-III de la figure 1 ;

Claims (11)
- Serrure du type à barillet pour porte de véhicule automobile, présentant un boítier (1) de serrure et un levier (3) de barillet, destiné à la commande de la serrure par le barillet grâce à un élément de liaison et déplaçable le long d'une paroi (2) du boítier, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte un orifice (16) dans la paroi (2) du boítier et un orifice (17) dans le levier (3) de barillet, les deux orifices (16, 17) étant en regard l'un de l'autre lorsque le levier de barillet est en position appropriée pour son assemblage avec l'élément de liaison associée au barillet, une cale (6) étant susceptible de coopérer avec les deux orifices (16, 17) pour immobiliser le levier de barillet (3) par rapport au boítier (1) de serrure.
- Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la cale (6) peut être utilisée pour tout positionnement d'une pièce mobile par rapport à un autre élément fixe.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que la cale (6) présente une partie active (7) et un élément de manoeuvre (8), reliés par une zone charnière (9).
- Serrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que la partie active (7) de la cale (6) comporte un axe (11) pénétrant dans l'orifice (16) du boítier (1), puis dans l'orifice (17) du levier (3), ledit axe portant à son extrémité un moyen de blocage empêchant son retrait après une rotation de la cale (6).
- Serrure selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par le fait que le moyen de blocage porté par l'axe (11) de la partie active (7) de la cale (6) est constitué par deux ergots (12, 13) disposés radialement de part et d'autre de l'axe (11) lesdits ergots étant susceptibles de traverser les orifices (16, 17) de la paroi (2) du boítier (1) et du levier (3) de barillet, puis, après rotation, de se bloquer derrière le levier (3) de barillet.
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisée par le fait que l'axe (11) est porté par une platine (10), qui reste à l'extérieur du boítier (1), lorsque la cale (6) est mise en place dans les deux orifices (16, 17) avec lesquels elle coopère.
- Serrure selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que la platine (10) porte, de part et d'autre de l'axe (11), des bossages (14, 15) destinés à s'appuyer contre le boítier (1) afin d'assurer, en coopération avec le moyen de blocage porté par l'axe (11), le maintien du levier (3) de barillet contre la paroi (2) du boítier (1).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que l'élément de manoeuvre (8) est une languette, dont le plan moyen contient, au repos, la zone charnière (9).
- Serrure selon la revendication 8, caractérisée par le fait que l'élément de manoeuvre (8) présente une dépression centrale pour faciliter sa préhension au moment de la mise en place de la cale (6).
- Serrure selon l'une des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisée par le fait que la cale (6) est entièrement constituée en matière plastique, la zone charnière (9) étant amincie pour autoriser le basculement de l'élément de manoeuvre (8) par rapport à la partie active (7) de la cale (6).
- Serrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que, lors du montage de la serrure dans une porte de véhicule en coopération avec un barillet, ladite cale (6) est enlevée.
