Abstract
Description
La paroi de fond d'une cartouche est destinée à coulisser sous l'action de l'avance d'un piston actionné manuellement à l'aide d'une poignée de pompage par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme à crémaillère ou à avance par frottement.
- une noix avant d'entraínement, par frottement, du piston de poussée actionnée par la biellette d'avance intermédiaire,
- une came rotative d'entraínement de la biellette d'avance entraínée par un moteur mis en marche par la poignée de commande.
- la figure 1 représente une vue de dessus en coupe de la forme de réalisation préférée de l'appareil; et
- la figure 2 représente une vue de côté en coupe de l'appareil de la figure 1.
- un logement avant 1 de réception des deux cartouches de stockage, chacune présentant une paroi arrière de poussée de leur contenu;
- deux pistons 2 de poussée des parois arrière de cartouches;
- un mécanisme d'entraínement vers l'avant des pistons 2;
- un moteur 3 d'actionnement du mécanisme d'entraínement (représenté par son arbre de sortie);
- un mécanisme d'anti-retour des pistons 2; et
- une poignée de commande 4 pour commander le moteur 3 et actionner le mécanisme d'anti-retour.

- une biellette d'avance intermédiaire 6, d'actionnement des noix avant 5, s'étendant le long de l'axe 9,
- une came rotative 7 d'entraínement vers l'avant de la biellette d'avance 6, montée sur l'arbre de sortie du moteur 3, et
- un galet de poussée 8 monté rotatif sur la biellette d'avance 6 et en contact à sa périphérie, à l'arrière, avec la came 7.
Claims (12)
- Appareil d'application d'un produit non solide comprenant des moyens de réception (1) d'au moins une cartouche de stockage du produit, à paroi arrière de poussée du produit, un piston de poussée (2), des moyens d'entraínement (5, 3, 6) du piston (2) et une poignée (4) de commande des moyens d'entraínement, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'entraínement sont agencés pour provoquer une application quelconque du produit par un seul actionnement de la poignée de commande (4) et comprennent une biellette d'avance intermédiaire (6) agencée pour être animée d'un mouvement alternatif de va-et-vient et entraíner le piston de poussée (2) vers l'avant lors du mouvement aller.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens d'entraínement comportent une noix avant (5) d'entraínement, par frottement, du piston de poussée (2) actionnée par la biellette d'avance intermédiaire (6).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel il est prévu une came rotative (7) d'entraínement de la biellette d'avance (6) entraínée par un moteur (3) mis en marche par la poignée de commande (4).
- Appareil selon la revendication 3, dans lequel des moyens (6, 16) sont prévus pour n'arrêter le moteur (3) qu'à la fin du mouvement retour de la biellette intermédiaire d'avance (6).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 3 et 4, dans lequel la biellette d'avance (6) comporte une zone de flexion (20) agencée pour actionner un interrupteur (17) d'arrêt exceptionnel du moteur (3), par flexion.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel, une noix anti-retour (21) coopérant par frottement avec le piston de poussée (2), il est prévu une biellette anti-retour intermédiaire (22), entre la poignée de commande (4) et la noix anti-retour (21).
- Appareil selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la biellette anti-retour (22) est montée pivotante à l'avant sur un axe (23) solidaire de la poignée de commande (4) et, à l'arrière du côté de la noix anti-retour (21), montée mobile, avec deux degrés de liberté, autour d'un axe de guidage arrière (24).
- Appareil selon la revendication 7, dans lequel, la poignée de commande (4) étant montée mobile autour d'un axe de rotation (28), l'axe de guidage (24) arrière de la biellette anti-retour (22), son axe de pivotement (23) sur la poignée (4) et l'axe de rotation (28) de la poignée (4) sont agencés pour être alignés lors de l'actionnement de la poignée de commande (4).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 7 et 8, dans lequel la biellette anti-retour (22) comporte une lumière arrière (25) prolongée par une rainure (26) dans laquelle est reçu l'axe de guidage arrière (24), et à travers laquelle s'étend la noix anti-retour (21).
- Appareil selon la revendication 9, dans lequel la lumière (25) de la biellette anti-retour (22) et la noix anti-retour (21) sont agencées pour que, quand la poignée (4) n'est pas actionnée, la coopération de la noix anti-retour (21) et du piston de poussée (2) soit rompue.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 6 à 10, dans lequel il est prévu des moyens (1) de réception d'une pluralité de cartouches de stockage, une pluralité de pistons de poussée (2) respectivement associés à une pluralité de noix d'entraínement (5), pouvant être actionnées par une biellette d'avance intermédiaire (6), et à une pluralité de noix anti-retour (21) pouvant être actionnées respectivement par une pluralité de biellettes d'anti-retour (22).
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel les moyens d'entraínement comprennent une pluralité de noix avant d'entraínement, par frottement, du piston de poussée, actionnées par la bielette d'avance intermédiaire.
