Abstract

Ein Schiebeverschluss (20) für einen Metallschmelze enthaltenden Behälter, mit einem Gehäuserahmen (22), in dem eine feuerfeste Bodenplatte (25) und eine an letztere mittels Federorganen (56) abdichtend anpressbare, in einer Schiebereinheit (23) angeordnete feuerfeste Schieberplatte (26) enthalten ist. Der Gehäuserahmen (22) ist einschliesslich der Schieber- (26) und der Bodenplatte (25) unterhalb des Ausgusses (12) auf quer zum Ausguss verlaufenden, am Behälter (10) befestigten Führungsschienen (52) längsverschiebbar gehalten und nach dem Verschieben um einen definierten Hub vom Behälter (10) gelöst. Zudem weist der Gehäuserahmen (22) einen Kupplungsbolzen (62) zum lösbaren Koppeln mit einem Manipulator (80) auf, wobei dieser Manipulator (80) dazu bestimmt ist, diesen Gehäuserahmen (22) auf den Führungsschienen (52) zu verschieben und ihn vom Behälter (10) wegzunehmen bzw. an diesen zu montieren. Diese öfters auszuführende Arbeit lässt sich damit ohne manuellen Eingriff durchführen.
