Description
Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Flammstartanlage für eine Brennkraftmaschine, insbesondere einen Dieselmotor, mit einer mit Kraftstoff versorgten Flammglühkerze, die im Luftansaugkanal der Brennkraftmaschine angeordnet ist, bei dem die Flammglühkerze in einer bestimmten Betriebsphase der Brennkraftmaschine mit einer reduzierten Heizleistung betrieben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bestimmte Betriebsphase die Anlaßbetriebsphase bis zum Erreichen einer bestimmten Drehzahl der Brennkraftmaschine ist und in dieser Betriebsphase die Flammglühkerze dosiert mit einer reduzierten Kraftstoffmenge versorgt wird, und anschließend die Flammglühkerze mit der vollen Kraftstoffmenge versorgt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftstoffversorgung der Flammglühkerze in der Anlaßbetriebsphase mit in Abhängigkeit von der erreichten Drehzahl gewählten Taktfrequenzen und/oder Taktlängen getaktet erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über bestimmte Drehzahlbereiche die Taktfrequenz und/oder die Taktlänge konstant gehalten wird.
- Flammstartanlage für eine Brennkraftmaschine, insbesondere einen Dieselmotor, mit einer Flammglühkerze, die im Luftansaugkanal der Brennkraftmaschine angeordnet ist und über eine Kraftstoffleitung mit Kraftstoff versorgt wird, in der ein Ventil zum Steuern der Kraftstoffmenge angeordnet ist, an dem von einem Steuerteil Steuersignale liegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerteil so ausgebildet ist, daß in der Anlaßbetriebsphase bis zum Erreichen einer bestimmten Drehzahl der Brennkraftmaschine die Flammglühkerze mit einer reduzierten Kraftstoffmenge versorgt wird und anschließend das Ventil vollständig geöffnet wird.
- Flammstartanlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventil zum Steuern der Kraftstoffmenge eine getaktetes Magnetventil ist, an dem vom Steuerteil Taktsignale liegen, deren Frequenz und/oder Länge von der jeweils erreichten Drehzahl der Brennkraftmaschine abhängt.
- Flammstartanlage nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Puffereinrichtung, die in der Kraftstoffleitung zwischen den Magnetventil und der Flammglühkerze liegt.
- Flammstartanlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Puffereinrichtung ein Kraftstoffspeicher ist.
- Flammstartanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch Drosselblenden, die in der Kraftstoffleitung vor und/oder hinter dem Ventil zum Steuern der Kraftstoffmenge und/oder der Flammglühkerze angeordnet sind.
