benachbarte, erste Stoffstrom auf das erste Sieb (Untersieb) auftrifft
und zumindest das letzte Trennelement eine solche Länge aufweist, dass der
von ihm getragene, letzte Stoffstrom unmittelbar in den konvergierenden
Spalt zwischen den Sieben (Untersieb, Obersieb) gerichtet ist. Die einzelnen
Stoffströme treffen also nacheinander auf dem Sieb (Untersieb) auf.
Ein weiterer Mehrschichtenstoffauflauf ist auch aus der DE 43 07 143 A1 bekannt. Dieser Mehrschichtenstoffauflauf weist wiederum in seiner Düse angebrachte Lamellen auf, die jedoch in je einem Gelenk momentfrei beweglich sind und gegebenenfalls eine entsprechende Kontur (konkave oder konvexe Form) aufweisen. Hierdurch können die Strahlgeschwindigkeiten in den einzelnen Schichten beeinflusst, aber nicht individuell mit einem bestimmten Geschwindigkeitsgradienten eingestellt werden. Diese korrelieren wiederum mit der Ausrichtung und statistischen Verteilung der Fasern um die Hauptrichtung in der Außenschicht. Eine Beeinflussung der mechanischen Eigenschaften der Papierbahn ist somit möglich.
- Eine Papierbahn schrumpft bei Trocknung bevorzugt in der Richtung quer zur Faserlage, d.h. sie verformt sich bei Feuchteänderungen entsprechend dieser Eigenschaft. Sind die Faserlage und die Verteilung in den Außenschichten einer Papierbahn unterschiedlich, so begünstigt dies den sogenannten "Curl" eines Blattes, d.h. die Tendenz eines Papierblattes, sich bei Feuchteänderungen zu rollen. Die Rollneigung kann durch Geschwindigkeitsänderungen daher ebenfalls beeinflußt werden.
