A turntable coiler for the reeling of a strip product on one of at least two reeling mandrels, comprising a rotary frame (1) mounted rotatably on a fixed bracket (4) around a central axis (10), at least two reeling mandrels (21) fixed cantilever, each in the alignment of a rotation shaft (5) mounted rotatably on two spaced bearings (51,52) supported by the rotary frame (1) and defining a reeling axis (20) of the mandrel parallel to the central axis (10) of the frame (1) and eccentric with respect to the latter, and at least two motors (3) each connected to a mandrel (21) and comprising each a rotor (32) and a stator (33) centred around the reeling axis (20), means (44) for controlling the rotation of the frame (1) around its axis (10) for selective indexing of one of the mandrels in reeling position and means (35) to supply each motor (3) with power in order to drive the corresponding mandrel (21), characterized in that each motor (3) connected to a mandrel (21) is mounted in an individual chassis (6) on which are mounted the stator (31) of the motor (3) and both centring bearings of the rotation shaft (5) so that each mandrel (2), its rotation shaft (3) and the motor connected constitute an independent motor-mandrel assembly (2) and that the rotary frame is provided with at least two supporting devices of such a motor-mandrel assembly (2,2'), each connected to removable means for centering and fastening the chassis (6) in a position for which the reeling axis (20) defined by the bearings (51,52) is parallel to the central axis (10), whereas each motor-mandrel assembly thus constitutes an interchangeable module.
  2. A coiler according to claim 1, characterized in that the chassis (6) of each motor-mandrel assembly (2) comprises a base (62) (631) which is substantially plane and able to be applied onto a corresponding platform (12) provided on the rotary frame (11) and constituting the supporting device of the corresponding motor-mandrel assembly, whereas the said base (621,631) and the said platform (12) are provided with combined centering and fastening devices (73,74,7,71) which can be disconnected from one another.
  3. A coiler according to claim 2, characterized in that the rotary frame (1) comprises a central shaft (11) mounted pivotably on the fixed bracket (4) around an axis (40) and on which are fastened rigidly at least two platforms (12,12') arranged symmetrically on either side of the said central shaft (11) and each constituting the supporting device of a motor-mandrel assembly (2,2').
  4. A coiler according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rotary frame comprises at least one flange (13) fastened to one end of the central shaft (11) perpendicular to the latter and on which is provided a circular bearing track (14) centred on the axis (10) of the shaft and rolling over at least two spaced rollers (41) mounted rotatably on the fixed bracket (4) each around an axis parallel to the central axis (10) of the frame (1).
  5. A coiler according to claim 4, characterized in that the central shaft (11) is connected to a single rotary bearing flange (13) fastened to one of the ends oriented towards the mandrels, whereas the other end is supported by a bearing (42) mounted on a fixed bracket (43), located at a certain distance so that the axis (10) of the shaft (11) is horizontal.
  6. A coiler according to one of claims 4 and 5, characterized in that the bearing flange (13) is provided with at least two identations (A1, A2) each connected to a supporting device (12) and each of a breadth at least sufficient to allow passage of a mandrel (21) when fitting a motor-mandrel assembly (2) to the said supporting device (12) and that the circular bearing track (14) comprises at least two fixed sectors (14a, 14b) provided on both parts (13a,13b) on the bearing flange and extending between the said identations (A1, A2) and at least two moveable sectors (14c,14'c) provided each on the chassis (6) of a motor-mandrel assemby (2), whereas the said fixed and moveable sectors exhibit the same curving radius in order to build a continuous circular bearing track upon completion of the fitting of the motor-mandrel assemblies (2,2') on the corresponding supporting devices (12,12').
  7. A coiler according to claim 6, charachterized in that the rotary frame (1) comprises two parallel plates (12,12') fixed on either side of the central shaft (11) and each forming a platform for the fastening of a chassis (6) of a motor-mandrel assembly (2,2'), that the bearing flange (13) comprises two spaced parts (13a,13b) in the shape of circular segments, whereas each exhibits an external circular rim (16a,16b) on which are provided a fixed sector (14a,14b) of the bearing track (14) and an internal rim (15a,15b) perpendicular to both parallel platforms (12,12') and that the chassis (6) of each motor-mandrel assembly (2,2') comprises, on the mandrel side (21), a flange (62) defined by two parallel rims (623,623') perpendicular to the base (621) of the flange (62) and whose spacing corresponds, given the existing backlash, to the breadth of the identation (A1, A2) between the internal parallel rims of both bearing segments of the flange (13) whereas the parallel rim (623,623') of the flange (62) of each motor (6) are provided with grooves (66) able to slidably engage onto the corresponding internal rims (15a,15b) of both segments (13a,13b) when fitting a motor-mandrel assembly (2) on the corresponding platform (12) of the frame (1).

A coiler according to claim 7, characterized in that each platform (12,12') is provided with a centring device (73) cooperating with a combined device provided on the rear flange (63) of each motor (6) for the centring of the motor-mandrel assembly (2) on the platform (12) in a position for which the axis (20) of the rotation shaft (15) is strictly parallel to the axis (10) of the frame (1).
  9. A coiler according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that each mandrel (21) is provided with a fastening plate (22) able to be applied onto a flange (54,55) provided at the front end of the rotation shaft (5).
  10. A coiler according to claim 9, characterized in that the flange (54) is made up of a flared section provided on the corresponding end of the rotation shaft (5).
  11. A coiler according to claim 9, characterized in that the flange (54) is made up of a ring-shaped part fastened removably on the corresponding end of the rotation shaft (5).
  12. A coiler according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that each mandrel (21) is provided, at one fastening end on the rotation shaft (5), with a conical centring part (23) able to engage into a corresponding conical recess (53) of the rotation shaft (5) and extending over quite a short length so that the conical recess (53) covers substantially the same length as the corresponding bearing (51) of the shaft (5) whereas combined devices (26) for proper attachment during rotation are interposed between the said centring part (23) and the conical recess (53).
  13. A coiler according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rotor (32) of the motor (3) is shrunk on a tubular sleeve (33) able to be inserted onto the rotation shaft (5) and provided with ribs (34) cooperating with corresponding grooves of the shaft (5) for attachment during rotation of the latter with the sleeve (33) and the rotor (32).
  14. A coiler according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the rotor (32) is shrunk directly on the rotation shaft (5).
  15. A coiler according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the central shaft (11) of the frame (1) comprises a tube in which are provided circuits for supplying power to the motors (3,3') and for controlling the mandrels (21,21').
  16. A coiler according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the chassis (6) of the motor (3) forms a stiff carcass comprising a front flange (62) and a rear flange (63) carrying respectively both bearings (51,52) of the rotation shaft (5) and linked by a tubular wall (61) provided with reinforcement fins (64) and on which is fastened the stator (31) of the motor (3).
  17. A coiler according to claim 16, characterized in that the front bearing (51) of the shaft (5) oriented to the mandrel side (21) is housed in an opening provided in the front flange (62) of the chassis (6) and having a diameter slightly greater than that of the rotor (32) to allow drawing, in a single motion, of the shaft (5) with the said rotor (32) to allow drawing, in a single motion, of the shaft (5) with the said rotor (32) through the said opening.
  18. A coiler according to claim 16, characterized in that a space (65) is left between one of the flanges (62) of the chassis and the corresponding end of the tubular wall (61), at least on a portion of the periphery of the latter, to allow exhaust of the cooling air injected inside the said chassis (6) through at least one inlet opening (88) provided in the said tubular wall (61) and able to be connected, when fitting the chassis (6), to a circuit (87) carried by the frame (1) and in which the cooling air is discharged.
  19. A coiler according to claims 15 and 18, characterized in that, when fitting the chassis (6) to the frame (1), the inlet opening (88) is applied to a corresponding opening provided on the central tubular shaft (11) of the frame (1) and inside which the cooling air is discharged.
  20. A coiler according to claim 18, characterized in that the frame (1) is associated with a ring-shaped caisson (8) surrounding an end of the central shaft (11) opposite to the bearing flange (13) and comprising a fixed section (82,83) provided with an opening (80) allowing inlet of pressurised air and a moveable section (84) fixed on the central shaft (11), with interposition of sliding gaskets (83',84') between the fixed and moveable sections and that the said moveable section (84) is provided with at least one exhaust opening on which is connected at least one sheath (85,86) carried by the frame (1) and having an exhaust end (87) against which is applied the air inlet opening (88) of the chassis (6) when fitting the latter onto the frame (1).
