verschiedene Rastpositionen einnehmen, in denen sie in

haben. Somit können zwischen den Stempeln 15 und den
Steuerschiebern 20 bzw. den Steuerleisten 23, 24
unterschiedliche Zwischenräume realisiert werden. In
Verbindung mit unterschiedlich langen Stempeln 15
können komplexere Lochmuster hergestellt werden, z. B.
können in der gezeigten Raststufe mit der größten
Gesamtstärke 40 vom Steuerschieber 20 die kürzesten
Stempel 15 angesteuert werden, während die längeren
Stempel 15 unabhängig von der Position des
Steuerschiebers 20 stets aktiviert sind. Werden die
Steuerleisten 23, 24 in eine Position mit einer
geringeren Gesamtstärke 40 verschoben, bleiben die
kürzeren Stempel 15 unabhängig von der Position der
Steuerschieber 20 inaktiv, während die längeren Stempel

Claims (5)
- Device for perforating metal sheets (39) with a press table (8) on which is mounted a die (9), which has one or more rows of holes (12) and over which a metal sheet (39) can be conveyed in steps by means of a feed device (2), with a ram (14), and with one or more punches (15), the ram (14) pressing the punch or punches (15), which are held in a longitudinally displaceable manner in a punch-holding plate (18) and are guided in a punch-guiding plate (17), through the metal sheet (39) into the holes (12) in the die (9) during a rest phase of the metal sheet (39), and with control slides (20) which can be moved into and out of the flow of force between the ram (14) and the punch (15), are arranged offset independently of one another in the feed direction (7), covering a plurality of rows of punches, and in an overlapping manner and which, when moved in, transmit the pressing force from the ram (14) to the punches (15), while the flow of force is interrupted when they are moved out, the control slides (20) being able to cover one or more rows of punches in the feed direction (7) of the metal sheet (3) and being displaceable transversely to the feed direction (7) of the metal sheet (3), characterized in that the control slides (20) are supported on a plurality of control bars (23, 24) which can be moved into various positions relative to one another, each position being assigned a predetermined total thickness (40) in the stroke direction (16), and in that the punches (15) are of different lengths, with the result that only those punches (15) take effect whose length is sufficient, together with the total thickness (40) of the control bars (23, 24) and the control slides (20), to penetrate the metal sheet (39).
- Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that each control slide (20) is driven by a stepper/servomotor (38) via the pinions (27, 29, 31, 33, 35), toothed belts (30, 34) and a rack (26) which is secured or formed on the control slide (20).
- Device according to Claim 2, characterized in that the stepper/servomotor (38) is secured on the ram (14).
- Device according to Claim 2, characterized in that the stepper/servomotor (38) is attached to a fixed part of the device, and a sliding sleeve (37) and a drive spindle (36) are provided to compensate for the relative motion between the ram (14) and the fixed part.
- Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the front edges (41) of the control slides (20) are shaped in such a way that unequal numbers of the punches (15) arranged in parallel rows are activated.
