Definitions

  • the invention relates to an electrohydraulic motor pump unit according to Preamble claim 1.
  • Such units are used, for example, on cranes or machine tools to supply hydraulic consumers, e.g. Cylinders, motors, actuators and the like. Used on a large scale, with a largely standardized Construction has prevailed, in which the electric sub-oil motor with standing Shaft and above the oil pump in the common, forming the oil reservoir Housing is inserted.
  • Such units are known from EP-A-0 198 250, EP-A-0 284 746 and DE-A 24 13 691. This construction principle is the same for others Units common in which a liquid by means of a pump and one in the Liquid running electric motor is pumped (GB-A-20 29 505).
  • the housing Because in that electro-hydraulic motor pump unit the housing the total amount of oil (Usable volume and dead volume) takes up to supply the consumer the oil level in the housing moves up and down depending on consumption down. This difference between the highest and the lowest Oil level determines the usable volume.
  • the size of the usable volume has an influence on the container size and thus the total size of the unit. Because the oil existing in the housing and absorb the heat given off by the electric motor must, and also absorbs heat through his work, and since the service life and quality of the oil are influenced by the heat absorption or the oil is very sensitive to short-term overheating, the oil level may only be up to the upper end of the electric motor. Completely exposed winding heads could otherwise cause the oil to overheat locally. It is therefore in As a rule, a housing that is too large in relation to the usable volume is necessary.
  • a motor pump unit of another type in which is a split motor with water filling located below the pump in the housing is.
  • a lower half of the housing contains a sealed, oil-filled one Chamber for lubricating the bearings in the unit.
  • the actual pumped medium of the motor pump unit never reaches the lower part of the Housing.
  • the pump In a motor pump unit known from DE-A-32 37 967, the pump is arranged on top of the electric motor, which in turn with spacer feet on the Case bottom stands. At least part of the oil supply is found as a dead volume below the electric motor.
  • the invention has for its object an electrohydraulic motor pump unit to create the type mentioned, with the same housing size a significantly larger oil volume or for a given oil volume enables a significantly lower housing.
  • the design according to claim 2 is advantageous because even after the Oil level to below the oil pump, the upper stator winding heads of the lower oil electric motor remain covered with hydraulic oil.
  • a stable definition of the sub-oil electric motor is given according to claim 3.
  • the heat emitted by the lower oil electric motor is not only in the hydraulic oil transferred, but also via the heat transfer sleeve in the Housing part and from this to the ambient air.
  • the embodiment according to claim 4 is manufacturing and assembly technology Cheap.
  • the additional joint enables the oil pump to be easily installed.
  • the end plate of the heat transfer sleeve has a double function, since it contributes to the structural strength of the sleeve and the oil pump is supported.
  • a rotary bearing of the shaft of the sub-oil electric motor is also expedient provided in the end plate.
  • the float switch either operates a warning device and / or interrupts the power supply for the sub-oil electric motor.
  • Fig. 1 is a partial longitudinal section of an electrohydraulic motor pump unit.
  • the electrohydraulic motor pump unit A has in one standing housing G an under oil electric motor M as a drive source for a Oil pump P on.
  • a cooling fan F e.g. a fan wheel
  • a unit A designed only for intermittent operation could also be designed without the cooling fan F.
  • the housing G has an upper housing part 1 with a cover cap 2 for the Cooling fan F on.
  • the upper housing part 1 is pressed onto a lower housing part 3 and is secured by clamping screws 16.
  • the lower housing part 3 is expediently a molded part, e.g. made of light metal or a light Metal alloy, and is closed by a bottom 4, e.g. through an inserted sheet metal plate.
  • the sub-oil electric motor M expediently an asynchronous motor, is close the bottom 4 with the shaft 10 installed in the lower housing part 3. He exists among other things from a stator 6 with upper and lower stator winding heads 7 and a runner 8. Between the outer circumference of the runner 8 and the inner circumference of the stator 6, a gap 9 is provided. The stator 6 is in a heat transfer sleeve 5 pressed in while the rotor 8 is pressed onto the shaft 10 is.
  • the lower oil electric motor M is installed with the shaft 10 stationary.
  • the aggregate A is used in the standing position shown in FIG. 1.
  • the shaft 10 is in Floor 4 in a warehouse 11, e.g. a plain bearing, pivoted. At her top At the end, however, the shaft 10 is in another bearing 13, e.g. a rolling bearing, stored in an end plate 5 'of the heat transfer sleeve 5.
  • the oil pump P is a gear pump in the embodiment shown is attached with its housing 14 on the top of the end plate 5 'and by means of an auxiliary shaft 12 is driven, which is coupled to the shaft 10.
  • the auxiliary wave However, 12 could also be part of the shaft 10.
  • the auxiliary shaft 12 settles in this embodiment up to the cooling fan F. From the housing 14 of the oil pump P leads a pressure line 15 out of the housing G at the bottom. The oil return is not recognizable in this illustration.
  • the oil pump P sucks by means of a connecting piece 17 that extends further downward than shown.
  • a float switch 19 can be provided the power supply when the oil level N drops to a certain depth for the lower oil electric motor M to switch off or to initiate a warning signal.
  • a usable volume of hydraulic oil is available, which is determined by the difference between the highest position of the oil level N and a lowest position is determined is either set by the position of the float switch 19 or straight is so low that the upper stator winding heads 7 are not exposed.
