Claims (4)

  1. Verfahren zum Miteinander-Verbinden von Eisenbahnschienen, deren Stoßflächen mit Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind, mit den folgenden Schritten:
    Plazieren einer Verbindungsplatte auf jeder Seite der Eisenbahnschienen, welche sich in Längsrichtung über die beiden Eisenbahnschienen erstreckt, um diese zu verbinden, während zwischen der Verbindungsplatte und der Eisenbahnschiene ein Abdichtelement angeordnet ist; und
    Klemmverbinden der Verbindungsplatten an die Eisenbahnschiene mittels quer ausgerichteter Mutter-Schraube-Verbindungselemente,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über eine Einspritzöffnung in wenigstens einer der Verbindungsplatten ein aushärtbarer Klebstoff eingespritzt wird, um den Raum zwischen den Stoßflächen der Eisenbahnschienen und den Verbindungsplatten graduell auszufüllen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Miteinander-Verbinden der Eisenbahnschienen zwischen den Stoßflächen der Eisenbahnschienen zum Verbinden eine profilierte Ausfüllplatte angeordnet wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Einspritzschritt der Spalt zwischen den Stoßflächen der aneinander stoßenden Eisenbahnschienen durch ein Hilfselement passend abgeschlossen wird.
  4. Eisenbahnschienenverbindung mit Verbindungsplatten (4, 5), die an jeder Seite an den Eisenbahnschienen (1, 2) plaziert sind, Mutter-Schrauben-Verbindungsmitteln (10), die die Verbindungsplatten, welche auf jeder Seite der Eisenbahnschienen liegen, klemmend zu befestigen zwischen der Verbindungsplatte und den Eisenbahnschienen angeordneten Dichtelementen (6, 7, 8, 9, 23) und aushärtbarem Klebstoff (11, 12) zwischen den jeweiligen Verbindungsplatten und den Eisenbahnschienen,
    gekennzeichnet durch eine Einspritzöffnung in wenigstens einer der Verbindungsplatten.
