Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Thermoformanlage nach der Gattung des Anspruchs 1. Bei einer derartigen bekannten Thermoformanlage wird eine Näpfe aufweisende Packstoffbahn mittels einer Vorzugswalze taktweise von einer Perforiereinrichtung zu einer Stanzeinrichtung gefördert, die aus der Packstoffbahn einzelne Blisterstreifen ausstanzt. Die Perforiereinrichtung ist waagerecht, und die Stanzeinrichtung senkrecht und unterhalb in bezug auf die Perforiereinrichtung angeordnet. Da die jeweils unterhalb der beiden Einrichtungen befindlichen Antriebskästen der Einrichtungen einen gewissen Platzbedarf haben, ist ein relativ großer Abstand zur zwischen den beiden Einrichtungen angeordneten Vorzugswalze erforderlich. Der relativ große Abstand zwischen den beiden Einrichtungen hat zur Folge, daß zum Ausgleich der Schrumpflänge der Packstoffbahn auf ihrem Weg von der Perforiereinrichtung zur Stanzeinrichtung ein großer Verstellbereich zumindest einer der beiden Einrichtungen erforderlich ist, damit die Toleranzen der Perforierung zur Stanzkontur eingehalten werden können. Der große Verstellbereich ist insbesondere nach einer Produktionspause erforderlich, wenn aufgrund der vollständigen Abkühlung die Packstoffbahn eine große Schrumpflänge aufweist. Bei der bekannten Thermoformanlage ist der erforderliche Verstellbereich durch eine lageveränderliche Perforiereinrichtung gewährleistet.The invention is based on a thermoforming system according to the preamble of claim 1. Die erfindungsgemäße Thermoformanlage mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 hat demgegenüber den Vorteil, daß durch die Anordnung der Perforier-/Prägeeinrichtung zur Stanzeinrichtung die Wegstrecken der Packstoffbahn zwischen der Perforier-/Prägeeinrichtung und der Stanzeinrichtung verkürzt werden. Dadurch ist nur ein geringer Verstellbereich zum Ausgleich der Schrumpflänge der Packstoffbahn erforderlich, um die Toleranzen zwischen der Perforierung/Prägung und der Stanzkontur sicherzustellen. Dieser geringe Verstellbereich läßt sich durch eine lageveränderliche Ausbildung der Vorschubwalze einfach verwirklichen, so daß der Aufbau der erfindungsgemäßen Thermoformanlage dadurch vereinfacht und besonders kompakt wird, daß sowohl die Perforier-/Prägeeinrichtung als auch die Stanzeinrichtung ortsfest angeordnet sind.The thermoforming system according to the invention with the characterizing features of claim 1 has the advantage that the distances of the packaging material web between the perforating / embossing device and the punching device are shortened by the arrangement of the perforating / embossing device for the punching device. Im Oberteil 12 sind Perforier-/Prägemesser 14, und im Unterteil 13 eine mit den Perforier-/Prägemessern 14 zusammenwirkende Perforier-/Prägematrize 16 angeordnet. Unterhalb des den Näpfen 1 zugewandten Unterteils 12 ist der Antriebskasten 15 der Perforier-/Prägeeinrichtung 11 angeordnet. An die Perforier-/Prägeeinrichtung 11 schließt sich eine taktweise angetriebene Vorzugswalze 17 an. In der Mantelfläche 18 der Vorzugswalze 17 sind in Vorzugsrichtung der Blisterbahn 10 betrachtet neben- und hintereinander Ausnehmungen 19 ausgebildet, die zum Vorziehen der Blisterbahn 10 mit den Näpfen 1 zusammenwirken.
