Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer isolierenden Beschichtung für Metallformen zum Gießen eisenhaltiger Metalle, insbesondere anhand des Schleudergusses, wobei auf die Oberfläche der Form zumindest eine Grundbeschichtung aufgebracht wird, die dazu bestimmt ist, ständig auf der Form zu verbleiben, und wobei eine Deckbeschichtung auf der Grundbeschichtung aufgebracht wird, welche Deckbeschichtung bei jedem Gussvorgang komplett oder teilweise erneuert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckbeschichtung Metakaolin enthält.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckbeschichtung in der Hauptsache aus Metakaolin besteht.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundbeschichtung ebenfalls in der Hauptsache aus Metakaolin besteht.
  4. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer isolierenden Beschichtung für Metallformen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    a) man ein Metakaolinpulver ausgehend von Kaolin, das man reinigt, herstellt, und das man anschließend zwischen 750 und 950 °C während etwa 1 Stunde kalziniert;
    b) man ein Gemisch aus diesem Metakaolinpulver und Natriumsilikat herstellt, das in etwa die gleiche Granulometrie aufweist, und dass man dieses Gemisch auf die bloße und vorab erhitzte Oberfläche der Metallform zwischen 300 und 400 °C aufsprüht, so dass eine Grundbeschichtung mit einer Stärke entsteht, die im Allgemeinen zwischen 50 und 100 Mikron beträgt;
    c) man eine Suspension von Metakaolin in Wasser mit einer Gewichtskonzentration zwischen 25 und 35 % herstellt, die man dann auf die Grundbeschichtung sprüht, so dass eine Deckbeschichtung mit einer Stärke entsteht, die im Allgemeinen zwischen 50 und 100 Mikron beträgt.
  5. Metallform mit einer isolierenden Beschichtung, die man durch Anwenden eines der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 verwirklicht.
  6. Einsatz einer Metallform nach Anspruch 5 zum Gießen eisenhaltiger Metalle.
  7. Einsatz einer Metallform nach Anspruch 5 zum Herstellen von Metallteilen durch Gießen eisenhaltiger Metalle in diese Form.
  8. Einsatz einer Metallform nach Anspruch 5 zum Herstellen von Metallteilen, die für die Automobilindustrie bestimmt sind, und insbesondere von Teilen aus Guss mit perlitischem Rohgussgefüge.
