Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein in Modulbauweise hergestelltes Haus mit metallischem Traggerüst, wobei die einzelnen Module sowohl längs- und stirnseitig aneinanderreihbar als auch übereinander stapelbar ausgebildet sind. Das Haus soll individuellen Gestaltungswünschen auf kostengünstige Art und Weise gerecht werden. Erfindungsgemäß wird der Aufgabenstellung dadurch Rechnung getragen, daß zur Endmontage des Hauses im wesentlichen vier in ihrer Grundform unterschiedliche, rohverputzt und fertig ausgebaute Module wahlweise einsetazbar sind, wobei jeweils ein Modul (1) für das Erdgeschoß, ein Modul (2) für mindestens ein Zwischengeschoß, ein Modul (3) für das Dachgeschoß und ein Modul (4) für die Dachspitze ausgebildet ist, daß eine in Abhängigkeit von der Grundfläche, der Form und der Höhe des Hauses variierbare Anzahl Erdgeschoß-, Zwischengeschoß-, Dachgeschoß- und Dachspitzenmodule (1 bis 4) so angeordnet sind, daß sie aneinandergereiht und untereinander verbunden die jeweilige Etage und das Dach bilden und daß das metallische Traggerüst (5, 11, 16) so ausgebildet und angeordnet ist, daß der Ausbau des Hauses keine tragenden Wänden erfordert.
