Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a decorative hollow cardboard body for filling with gifts, e.g. Easter eggs, hearts, cans, Fruit replica, etc., the outside and / or inside with Picture elements is decorated and with two shell halves curved surfaces. Of course, each can also only one shell half to the open. Presentation, especially to Exhibition purposes, the gifts used are used.
There are many such decorative cardboard hollow bodies for filling design variations. Nevertheless, they are reduced to one Basic form, which is also due to the manufacturing technology. The cardboard hollow bodies for filling consist of two identical or approximately equally sized halves, with the bottom acting half with a cardboard strip (neck) on the Provide inside for locking the upper half (lid) becomes. The floor can also be flattened for better standing receive. The lid can also have additional design elements facing the floor. Striking on the decorative Cardboard hollow bodies for filling is the respective outer design. This is achieved on the outside by laminating on prints. Since the Edges of the cardboard hollow body halves despite subsequent trimming does not finish properly, this will Edge by means of a decoration which also acts as an ornament Concealed paper shelves. These paper shelves now cover the edge as such as well as an approx. 1-2 cm wide area from the Edge away on the inside and on the outside. The Applying these paper shelves is time consuming and costly Handicraft that takes about 30-40% of the total for the product Working time (depending on the product size).
The invention specified in the main claim is the object to create a decorative cardboard hollow body for filling, in which the application of a paper shelf at the cutting edge of the Shell and thus the costly and time-consuming manual work complete preservation of the diversity of the outer and inner Design options are eliminated.
This problem is solved with the measures of the main claim. Further advantageous embodiments are in the subclaims specified.
- Printed sheet
- Sheets of paper or cardboard with printed motifs
- Round blank
- punched-out cardboard disks, consisting of printed sheets, adhesive, cardboard printed or unprinted on one side with an interior motif
- Bowl
- Round blank deformed by pressure and special tools, cutting edge is trimmed again during the forming process
- Bowl with coating edge
- Bowl, the cut edges of which were immersed in a coating compound for plastering the unclean spots thereof and for decorating the cardboard egg.
First, printed sheets and cardboard in different grammages laminated together. Since this box later the inside of the decorative cardboard, he can (but does not have to) printed on one side with the future interior motifs will. This is then carried out in a second process step Punch the blanks according to the motifs used on the Printed sheet. In the next process step, these blanks are now using special tools in presses to form bowls future cardboard halves, reshaped. The resulting bowls are trimmed at their edge. Up to this point the Manufacturing technology applied unchanged. Instead of the now usually done by hand Paper edge hiding cut edge irregularities becomes a Coating edge applied on the inside and outside. To each cardboard half is preferred at least once in this way liquid coating compound dipped to a width that is about 1-12 mm Coating edge is applied on the inside and outside, that covers all cropping irregularities. Are equivalent of course other application technologies for the Coating edge, e.g. Spraying. This coating edge can be in one step in its final color and decorative shape can be applied. By repeating the original application technology or use of another known application technology can also preferably still wet coating edge can be processed decoratively. For example, Additional flocking or color effects be applied. In the cardboard halves used as the bottom the neck (cardboard strip) is inserted. The possibly to The decorative second coating is then used on the Outside and / or inside of the coating edge.
