Claims (3)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Seilschlinge mit Umfang C aus ein und demselben Seil mit Durchmesser D1, mit einer Seele, auf der Stränge angeordnet sind, wobei die Enden des Seils diese Seele bilden und ein Durchtrittspunkt für diese Enden vorhanden ist, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es vor dem Schritt des Verseilens der Stränge einen Schritt umfaßt, der darin besteht, die relativen Durchmesser des Mittelteils und der Endabschnitte abzuwandeln, um den Endabschnitten einen Durchmesser D1 zu verleihen und dem Mittelteil einen Durchmesser D2 zu verleihen, wobei die Form für das Ausführen des Verseilens der Stränge einen Durchmesser D1 hat.Abschneiden einer Seillänge L, die für die Herstellung der Seilschlinge mit Umfang C erforderlich ist,Festlegen eines Mittelteils des Seils, aus dem die Mittelseele gebildet wird, und zweier Endabschnitte, die im wesentlichen gleich 1/2C sind und beiderseits des Mittelteils vorgesehen sind,sechsfaches Verseilen der Stränge desselben Seils um eine Form beginnend bei einem sogenannten Durchtrittspunkt für die Seilschlinge, um ein Tau zu bilden,Herausziehen der Form durch den Durchtrittspunkt undEinführen der Endabschnitte anstelle der Form, um die Seele der Seilschlinge zu bilden,
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verwirklichung der Abwandlung des Durchmessersein Seil mit Nenndurchmesser verwendet wird, das die Fähigkeit besitzt, einen kleineren Durchmesser D2 beizubehalten, wenn es gestreckt wird,der Mittelteil gestreckt wird, um ihm einen Durchmesser D2 < D1 zu verleihen, während der Durchmesser D1 der Endabschnitte beibehalten wird, so daß die Stränge aus einem Seil mit Durchmesser D2 um eine Seele mit Durchmesser D1 verwirklicht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verwirklichung der Abwandlung des Durchmessers:ein Seil mit Nenndurchmesser D1 verwendet wird,die Endabschnitte mit einer Überdicke verwirklicht werden, um ihnen einen Durchmesser D'2 zu verleihen, derart, daß D'2 > D1 ist, so daß die Stränge aus einem Seil mit Durchmesser D1 um eine Seele mit Durchmesser D'2 verwirklicht werden.
