Claims (14)
- Télérupteur du genre comportant, dans un boítier (10), un circuit magnétique (11), qui comporte une bobine (16) et une armature mobile (22) et dont l'armature mobile (22) est montée rotative entre deux positions, l'une de repos, l'autre de travail, en réponse à une impulsion électrique appliquée aux bornes de la bobine (16), des moyens élastiques de rappel (33), qui sollicitent en permanence l'armature mobile (22) du circuit magnétique (11) en direction de sa position de repos, une came (52), qui, coaxiale de ladite armature mobile (22), est montée rotative pas à pas, des moyens d'entraínement, qui, intervenant entre ladite armature mobile (22) et ladite came (52), comportent, pour l'entraínement d'un pas de la came (52) à chaque passage de l'armature mobile (22) de sa position de repos à sa position de travail, une roue à rochet (53) à laquelle est associé au moins un cliquet d'entraínement (54) élastiquement effaçable, des moyens de retenue, qui, eux-mêmes élastiquement effaçables, sont aptes à s'opposer à un mouvement rétrograde de la came (52) après chaque avance d'un pas de celle-ci, et au moins un organe de contact (12), qui, monté mobile entre deux positions, l'une de fermeture, l'autre d'ouverture, est sous le contrôle de ladite came (52), caractérisé en ce que la roue à rochet (53) est solidaire en rotation de l'armature mobile (22) du circuit magnétique (11) tandis que le cliquet d'entraínement (54) qui lui est associé est solidaire en rotation de la came (52).
- Télérupteur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la roue à rochet (53) est d'un seul tenant avec une pièce (25), dite ici par simple commodité pièce palier, qui, distincte de l'armature mobile (22) du circuit magnétique (11), est calée en rotation sur celle-ci.
- Télérupteur suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la pièce palier (25) porte axialement un bout d'arbre (29) par lequel elle est en prise à rotation avec un moyeu (30) solidaire du boítier (10).
- Télérupteur suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, à son extrémité libre, le bout d'arbre (29) que porte la pièce palier (25) est fragmenté en au moins deux doigts élastiquement déformables (76), qui, pour son encliquetage sur le boítier (10), sont chacun conformés en crochet.
- Télérupteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le cliquet d'entraínement (54) est porté par une bague (59), qui, coaxiale de la came (52), et solidaire en rotation de celle-ci, entoure la roue à rochet (53).
- Télérupteur suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que, le cliquet d'entraínement (54) comportant un flanc (63) par lequel il est apte à venir en prise avec une dent (56) de la roue à rochet (53), ledit flanc (63) intervient en bout de son extrémité libre (64), et il s'étend tout entier d'un même côté de ladite dent (56) de la roue à rochet (53) par rapport audit flanc (63).
- Télérupteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, de sa racine (61) à son extrémité libre (64), le cliquet d'entraínement (54) s'étend de manière sensiblement rectiligne.
- Télérupteur suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que, le cliquet d'entraínement (54) s'étendant en oblique à compter de la périphérie interne de la bague (59) qui le porte, sa racine (61) intervient au fond d'un lobe (62), en doigt de gant, que forme localement cette bague (59).
- Télérupteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le cliquet d'entraínement (54) est d'un seul tenant avec la bague (59) qui le porte.
- Télérupteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la bague (59) portant le cliquet d'entraínement (54) est d'un seul tenant avec la came (52).
- Télérupteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la bague (59) porte, en positions diamétralement opposées l'un par rapport à l'autre, deux cliquets d'entraínement (54).
- Télérupteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue associés à la came (52) comportent, d'une part, une saillie (71) solidaire de l'organe de contact (12), et, d'autre part, au moins un cran (72, 72'), qui est solidaire en rotation de ladite came (52), et avec lequel ladite saillie (71) est apte à coopérer en engagement.
- Télérupteur suivant la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que, la came (52) comportant, pour son action sur l'organe de contact (12), au moins un bossage (68), et ledit organe de contact (12) comportant, corollairement, pour l'action de la came (52), un doigt (69), la saillie (71) des moyens de retenue est formée par l'extrémité libre dudit doigt (69), et le cran (72, 72') correspondant appartient au bossage (68) de la came (52).
- Télérupteur suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le bossage (68) de la came (52) comporte deux crans (72, 72'), l'un qui intervient sur sa partie la plus éloignée de l'axe de cette came (52), l'autre qui intervient sur sa partie la plus proche de cet axe.
