Claims (9)
- Dispositif de contrôle comportant une pièce mobile (1) et permettant sélectivement de bloquer cette pièce en une ou plusieurs positions discrètes, et de la débloquer pour lui permettre de se déplacer entre ces positions sous l'effet d'une force (F) agissant sur elle, ce dispositif comportant un verrou profilé (2a) propre à coopérer par concordance de formes avec une partie complémentaire (1a) de ladite pièce mobile (1). ce verrou (2a) pouvant se déplacer entre une position de verrouillage bloquant ladite pièce (1) et une position de déverrouillage débloquant ladite pièce, et étant associé à cet effet à des moyens de commande (3 à 6) propres à permettre son déplacement entre les deux positions précitées, caractérisé en ce que ledit verrou (2a) et/ou ladite partie complémentaire (1a) de la pièce mobile (1) comportent au moins une surface de portée sensiblement inclinée par rapport à la direction du déplacement de ladite pièce mobile (1), la pente ou courbure de cette surface étant telle que ladite force (F) agissant sur la pièce mobile (1) n'empêche pas le désengagement dudit verrou (2a) par rapport à ladite partie complémentaire (1a) à partir du moment où lesdits moyens de commande (3 à 6) ont été actionnés pour commander le déplacement du verrou (2a) vers sa position de déverrouillage, même si cette force (F) s'est exercée sur la pièce mobile (1) avant l'actionnement desdits moyens de commande (3 à 6).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce mobile (1) est une pièce tournante.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit verrou (2a) est prévu à l'extrémité d'un levier rotatif (2) et en ce que lesdits moyens de commande comprennent un organe moteur (3) propre à provoquer le déplacement linéaire d'une tige de sortie (3a) à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort de rappel (4), de sorte à maintenir alors ledit levier rotatif (2) dans une position pour laquelle le verrou (2a) occupe sa position de blocage de ladite pièce (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe moteur (3) agit sur ledit levier rotatif (2) par l'intermédiaire d'une bielle pivotante (5) portant à son extrémité libre un galet (6), ce galet pouvant ainsi se déplacer entre deux positions : une première position pour laquelle il maintient le verrou (2a) dans sa position de verrouillage de ladite pièce (1), et une seconde position pour laquelle il autorise le pivotement dudit levier rotatif (2) vers sa position de déverrouillage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit levier rotatif (2) comporte une première surface de portée (2b) pour ledit galet (6), cette surface étant perpendiculaire à ladite bielle pivotante (5) lorsque le galet (6) occupe ladite première position, et une seconde surface de portée (2c), inclinée par rapport à la précédente et lui faisant suite, cette surface étant en contact avec ledit galet (6) lorsqu'il occupe ladite seconde position, de sorte que l'actionnement dudit organe moteur (3) puisse provoquer, par l'intermédiaire dudit galet (6), le passage dudit levier rotatif (2) de la position de déverrouillage à la position de verrouillage de ladite pièce (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe moteur (3) est un électroaimant.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit verrou (2a) et/ou ladite partie complémentaire (1a) de la pièce mobile (1) comportent deux surfaces de portée à pentes ou courbures opposées (2aa, 2ab ; laa, lab), de préférence symétriquement par rapport à la direction (D) de déplacement dudit verrou (2a).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est monté sur un bâti fixe (7) par l'intermédiaire d'un support pivotant (8) pouvant être fixé dans plusieurs positions réglables par rapport audit bâti (7).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit support (8) est relié au bâti (7) par l'intermédiaire de vis (9) traversant des fentes arquées (10) du support pivotant (8), le réglage fin de la position dudit support pouvant être effectué grâce à une vis de réglage (11).
