Abstract

Anordnung zur Tintenversorgung und Tintenentsorgung für einen Tintendruckkopf über Verbindungsleitungen.
Es werden eine Verbesserung der Serviceeigenschatten und der Umweltfreundlichkeit angestrebt.
Aufgabengemäß soll die Anordnung mit einem Minimum an Wegwerfbauteilen auskommen, ein sicheres Tintenende-Erkennungssystem und ein leicht anpaßbares Kodierungssystem für die einzelnen Tintenarten aufweisen, das Fehlbestückungen verhindert.
Erfindungsgemäß ist die Anordnung in Form einer Kassette ausgeführt, die aus einem Gehäuse (1) und zwei in demselben gelagerten, identisch aufgebauten, flachen kastenförmigen Behältern (2, 3) besteht, von denen der eine Behälter (2) für die Tintenversorgung und der andere Behälter (3) für die Tintenentsorgung bestimmt ist. In jedem Behälter (2, 3) ist mittig eine flexible Folie (4) zur Tintenabdeckung befestigt, deren Größe so bemessen ist, daß das Behältervolumen für die Tinte voll ausnutzbar ist.
Am Boden (24, 34) des Behälters (2, 3) ist eine Mulde (241, 341) eingeformt und außerhalb derselben sind zwei Elektroden (242, 342) für die Tintenende-Erkennung distanziert in den Boden (24, 34) eingepaßt.
In der Frontwand (21, 31) des Behälters (2, 3) ist eine gummielastische Dichtung (5) zur Aufnahme einer Tintenverbindungsleitung eingesetzt.
In der Frontwand (11) des Gehäuses (1) sind Kodierungsbohrungen (111) eingebracht, von denen einige gesperrt sind und die übrigen offenen mit zugeordneten Kodierstiften (61) in einer Aufnahme für die Kassette im Drucker korrespondieren.

According to the invention, the arrangement is in the form of a cassette, which consists of a housing (1) and two flat box-shaped containers (2, 3), which have the same structure and are mounted in the same, one of which contains a container (2) for the supply of ink and the other Container (3) is intended for ink disposal. In each container (2, 3) a flexible film (4) for ink covering is attached in the middle, the size of which is such that the container volume for the ink is fully usable.
A trough (241, 341) is formed on the bottom (24, 34) of the container (2, 3) and outside of it two electrodes (242, 342) for the ink end detection are fitted into the bottom (24, 34) at a distance.
In the front wall (21, 31) of the container (2, 3) a rubber-elastic seal (5) is used to receive an ink connection line.
Coding bores (111) are made in the front wall (11) of the housing (1), some of which are locked and the other open ones correspond with assigned coding pins (61) in a receptacle for the cassette in the printer.
