Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine einteilige Aerosoldose aus Aluminium mit integral angeformter Endkappe zur Fixierung eines Ventiltellers.The invention relates to a one-piece aerosol can made of aluminum with an integrally molded end cap for fixing a valve disk.
Die bekannten dreiteiligen Aerosoldosen weisen einen aus einem rechteckigen Blech über eine Längsschweissnaht zu einem Zylinder geformten Dosenkörper auf, dessen Enden mit einem Bodenteil sowie einer Endkappe zur Fixierung eines Ventiltellers versehen sind. Die flüssigkeits- und gasdichte Verbindung zwischen dem Dosenkörper und den beiden Endteilen erfolgt üblicherweise über einen sogenannten Doppelfalz mit zwischenliegender Dichtungsmasse. Statt eingefalzt können die beiden Endteile auch am Dosenkörper aufgebördelt sein. Um den an die Druckfestigkeit gefüllter Aerosoldosen gestellten Anforderungen zu genügen, ist das Bodenteil üblicherweise gegen das Doseninnere konvex gewölbt. Die Endkappe zur Befestigung des Ventiltellers ist ebenfalls den Druckverhältnissen angepasst und zudem zur Festlegung von Zubehörteilen wie beispielsweise Schutzkappen aus Kunststoff, Einrichtungen zum Schutz des Ventils oder spezieller Dispenservorrichtungen ausgestaltet.The known three-part aerosol cans have a can body formed from a rectangular sheet metal via a longitudinal weld seam to a cylinder, the ends of which are provided with a base part and an end cap for fixing a valve plate.
